So many problems!!!!!!! My frame was a gift from family. Both members sent me photos. I can view them and scroll through them.

AND THAT IS ALL. Both people have contacted me to be sure my frame is on so they can send photos. It is ALWAYS on even though the light at night is very irritating. I have contacted UHALE and get a robot response to "check my frame".

I have scrolled through all the icons. I cannot find the same info each time. I am told to "restart my frame" but that does NOT help.

We are back to sharing pics on our cellphones.

The robo-help is worthless.

Also, this screen says I am connected as Stan42, whoever that is???????????

And I do NOT really want a "cool" user name to remember. This experience just gets worse!!

want to buy a fangor digital picture frame for my mom who lives in another state-my brother will set it up for her using his wifi from home-can me and my brother both use the uhale app to send pictures to her even though we live in different states? and he has an iphone and i have an android-thanks!
