Hi, I am setting up my Uhale frame per the manual. The frame is set up, the app is downloaded to my phone with an account set up, but the frame keeps returning to the "start uploading your photos now" page via Uhale app or USB, SD card. When I click on 'via Uhale App' it takes me to the qr code to download the app, not connect to the already downloaded app. I am in my home, and both the phone and the frame are connected to the same wifi. I have tried restarting both the phone and the frame, and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail.

can i download music to uhale photo app?

I can't upload pictures on the app anymore.They don't show in the gallery so I can send them to the frame.
