I downloaded the prologue software for my ASD son on my iPhone and when I tried to login to my Proloquo2 software on his Samsung tablet it doesn't give me the option, its not compatible. I emailed the customer service contact and am waiting to hear back. I am so stressed as I do not have the money to purchase new software for my son if they don't issue a refund. Have any of you experienced his before?
