    purchased qustodio 2 days ago, installed on my daughter iPhone. Yesterday her phone was locked when she reached the daily limit I set. I couldn't unlock her phone by adding more time, loosing or completely removing the limit in the application. Today her phone is still locked, even though she did not used it, and I removed the limits anyway. Completely disabled, not responding to anything.

    Any suggestions?
    BTW in the application there is a status "offline" near her phone icon.

    The text monitoring feature creates a file that continually grows. It is taking up a lot of space on my computer. Is there a way to retain history for a certain number of days to keep the file size down? I tried deleting the file, but then I had to reinstall the software and reconnect the phone. Once that was done, all the history from prior to the deletion was again populated, so it didn’t fix the problem.

    As to previous post of Van93 I would think that a fix would be in uninstall and then reinstall. However, I cannot figure out how to do that. Please help.

    Thank you in advance. I purchased QS a couple of months ago. I like the app and by all indications it works great. I am happy with it. However, I recently was getting it setup on a new ipad and for some reason it caused all pictures of any and all kinds to disappear from my ipad. I can still watch videos on youtube just fine I just don't have any pictures in the contents pages. I do a lot of shopping on the Home Depot app and with out pictures I am ham strung. Please help.
