  I'm trying to link my game to my Google play. When I hit the connect to Google play button it says this Google account is not linked to any game account and offers to cancel or start a new game. Any thoughts?

  I have now reached level 22, a figure has now appeared when clicking on the figure the game freezes. My shield is dropping day by day, and unable to use the game for over a week. Please resolve this issue as it is ruining my enjoyment of the game which I have been playing for so long.
