The app itself is very self explanatory. I don’t know why people are saying you get blackout times and you can only go when everyone else is going. I know the phlebotomists at mine, and it’s all based on time of day.There are less people in the morning, so less appointments available. You can schedule appointments 4 weeks out, and many slots are open even for the next calendar day. Day of the slots fill up fast though. 1 hour 15 min-2 hours is normal. When they check your blood pressure and heart rate, I have noticed so many people getting deferred because of a high heart rate. This practice alone gives me anxiety every time I attempt to donate. I am an extremely healthy donor, so why the deferral for a heart rate of over 100?
