9 Positive User Reviews for BioLife Plasma Services
Clean App
The app itself is very self explanatory. I don’t know why people are saying you get blackout times and you can only go when everyone else is going. I know the phlebotomists at mine, and it’s all based on time of day. There are less people in the morning, so less appointments available. You can schedule appointments 4 weeks out, and many slots are open even for the next calendar day. Day of the slots fill up fast though. 1 hour 15 min-2 hours is normal. You’re getting paid, expect it to take some
Easy to use
I have had nothing but positive things about this app and how easy it is to use. You can set up future appts and are able to cancel at any time!
Very professional
I have donated twice. Both times the technicians were methodical and safe assuring I was good and comfortable. They are very thorough. The actual donation is simple. It takes about an hour. Because the techs are so conscience of safety they take what time is needed to set donors up. It takes some patience to get through all the phases.
Its always crowded so they must be doing it right.
Process
I usually get in and out within an hour or less. All the technicians are very nice and courteous.. I would advise you to bring a squeeze ball, makes the process go much faster.
Bug in the rescheduling process
When I attempt to reschedule my appointment, it only will let me choose from the facility that I had already made an appointment for, and not other locations. I dedicated myself for Friday at 7:15 pm and there are 0 open appointments at that location. It would be nice to see if there was openings at another location.

Rewards points have been down for some time now
What’s the point of having points if we can’t use them and they end up getting taken off without being redeemed? The gift card option doesn’t work either so it’s fully unavailable
Needs an IT team
The loyalty rewards has been broken for so long now with no updates or any explanation.
Heart Rate
When they check your blood pressure and heart rate, I have noticed so many people getting deferred because of a high heart rate. This practice alone gives me anxiety every time I attempt to donate. I am an extremely healthy donor, so why the deferral for a heart rate of over 100?
Points Redemption Issues
I would prefer if the point system consistently worked properly, instead of redirecting you elsewhere. I don’t remember my old email’s login, so I can’t login to the Biolife website to redeem my points. I also don’t have a recovery email for it, and my old recovery phone number I don’t have access to anymore. I just wish someone would take the time to fix the repeatedly reoccurring issue with points redemption being unavailable in the app to make our lives easier. This is beginning to become a r
