Honestly I used to love this app but over the past few years it’s gone in a rapid decline as far as quality and storytelling. Every story is a quick cash grab. They’re poorly written and the character options are either very limited style-wise or have the exact same model just in different skin shades. The plot to all the newer stories feel overdone, illogical, or super rushed. It’s getting frustrating that the lack of effort is so apparent. Everything also feels AI generated recently. I was on
★★☆☆☆Quality has gone down
I have played for years, and the app had some really thought-out, complex stories (like Open Heart for example). However, the writing has gotten very cliché (Billionaire Baby?) and the good quality stories have been phased out. Above all, I am MASSIVELY disappointed about the AI art usage. I wouldn’t be surprised if the writers use AI to produce the run-of-the-mill slop too. For my conscience, I can’t give money to this company again.
★★★★★Love it!
It’s very fun to play it’s like episodes but better.
★★★★★App cover
Great game. But when are you guys gonna change the cover of the app again? It’s been years since yall have last changed it and everytime I open my phone, I gotta worry about people seeing the freaky app cover and asking me about it
★★★★★AI is distracting
I love this app and have been playing it on and off for a couple years now. I know it inevitable but the AI use in the backgrounds is sometimes super distracting. For example the “Miss Behavin” book has a scene where the MC is in a supply closet and it’s so obviously AI. They still have the older books so it’s still enjoyable but it’s annoying.
