★★★★★So helpful
The simplicity of this app is what attracted me to it. I just want a dot. Not elephants, and I can't pay $20. The app is very high quality. I didn't expect a step by guide through the process, it's extremely helpful for a beginner like me. And so effective. I immediately can feel my body relax.
So grateful for having this. It's very reasonably priced! :)
★★★★★Love it
I love this app. I had heard positive things about eye movement therapy and I love having a tool in hand to benefit the most from therapy.
★★★★★Good and simple
I was just looking for a dot that goes back and forth, so this does the job for me. I like that it is somewhat customizable with size, color and speed, and would like it even better if it was customizable with different patterns and directions, like vertical and diagonal. But as is, it was well worth the reasonable price.
★★★★☆Wonderful App, Suggest One Minor Fix
This is a wonderful, customizable app for EMDR therapy. It’s simple to use, too. The only thing that I would suggest is either more time for the instructions, or a paused screen when instructions are given, so users can click when they are ready.
