★★★☆☆it’s good but..
I haven’t had a problem with hot schedules in the year that i’ve used it so far except for when it comes to notifications. i’ve checked every setting i could think of and i still don’t get any notifications at all. nothing. not even to “rate my shift” afterwards. not sure what’s going on but my coworkers have expressed the same problem. i just want to be notified when there is a new message or my schedule has been posted/modified.
★★★☆☆Need 3 things for higher rating
1) blocked dates shown on calendar when requesting time off. Shouldn’t have to find out after doing the whole process of selecting dates & writing notes. And then the app STILL doesn’t tell which day(s) was blocked!
2) easy switching between accounts for those with more than one employer using the service
3) past schedules should be viewable

I just read an article in the help section of the desktop version regarding editing schedules via the mobile app. It says this is possible using app version 4.99.0 or higher. This is nowhere near the latest updated version available on my iPhone. Why is this?
★★☆☆☆multiple events in calendar
this app creates up to 5 events for one shift in my calendar and it’s so annoying. i have to go through and delete them manually and doesn’t update if my schedule gets updated. as someone who has kids, another job, and appts, it takes up so much space in my calendar. i also don’t get any notifications when my schedule is posted. this app is garbage

Please make a sync button to initiate syncing. It never syncs right away. We need it to sync right away. Even an event that I have 2 days from now has still not synced. It’s the only issue I have.
