Please make a sync button to initiate syncing. It never syncs right away. We need it to sync right away. Even an event that I have 2 days from now has still not synced. It’s the only issue I have.
i had no issue using this app but now i cant even see my own schedule all because i dont have ios 16. yeah im not buying or upgrading a new phone just because of an app THAT I NEED to work. if this is the case then i better get my money back cause by doing this, this is just scam at this point. aint no way a schedule app needs to be on some new ios nah that is cap.

Wish there was an option to “add to calendar”. It won’t always sync right away. Sometimes it takes over a week and I have to keep going into my shift for it to initiate the sync.
I love the app. I think it’s unfair to have employees pay to download the app. I think there should be a company code and the company swallows the cost at a rate of the amount of downloads maybe. Most importantly with the shift if people going from using iPads more over a MacBook I think being able to edit the schedule from the iPad app is imperative for the future stability of this platform. Over all I love the app it’s great and beautiful those are my only two areas of feedback.
Sometimes it takes a while to load and if you didn’t take a screenshot that could get annoying. But I think the app developers should make you able to make it into a widget.
Disappointing that there is no option to be notified whenever fellow employees release their shifts (wanting their shift to be covered by another employee). I went through ongoing emails with their “help” staff regarding this, with no helpful results. If they could add this option, this would greatly improve the app. Also, using hotschedules on a laptop/computer is a better experience than their app.
It’s so hard to tell who’s who when each team members photo is so blurry i have mine up that was taken with a pretty good camera so i know for a fact it’s the app quality with the photos please fix this so we can actually be able to tell who’s who!

I love this app, it usually works well for me. Notifications are buggy sometimes. But I hate the compact schedule! I always had it turned off. And one day I opened the app and it was compact, with no way to change it! Please bring it back. The compact schedule is very annoying to me.
I like being able to see my hours but I liked the way the schedule looked before this update. I like the option of compact as it looks imo way better. If there was an option of compact while seeing the amount of hours you work that week would be better.
They “fixed” the bugs and now the app doesn’t work! 🙄
It is easy to see shifts and availability. However the app lacks the ability to sync to your calendar. Forcing you to open the application whenever needing to check your schedule.
how can i text my managers thru hotschedules ?😕
It’s a great app to know your schedule, staffing changes, and important updates. The only reason I took a star off is that with the Calendar Sync on iOS it schedules multiple events for the same shifts.
HotSchedules works great as not only an app to relay my schedule to me, but I can also easily pick up shifts, there is a messaging system, and it syncs my schedule with Calendar.
It would be a great app but half the time the app is down!
It crashes a lot and a lot of the time it says there is an error. I did not pay for this app to have this many problems with it. Overall the app layout is nice and easy to navigate. They need to fix all of their bugs and issues as soon as possible.
I can’t see everyone’s schedule. Some of my coworkers have the same problem. I don’t know why it’s like this!
Every couple of days the app decides not to work and sends out an error message. So that’s exciting. Maybe look into fixing the bugs? Everything else works alright.

Back to not getting updates. Curious as to why?
I have been using this app for the past 14 years for work and for the past 6+ months it hasn’t been loading properly, has consistent error issues and needs to be fixed.
How can I log in? I can’t find how can I register. Please let me know.
More than half the time I try to open the app it has failure messages and says to keep refreshing the page.
Lots of bugs. Frequently unable to open and see schedule. Hoped update would fix it but no go. If it doesn’t get fixed the app wasn’t worth the purchase.
This app is okay but it’s so slow to load a single thing . It glitches a lot and shows an empty schedule often and when you try to check lunch or dinner shifts it freezes on a loading loop
It’s serves its purpose. Considering I had to buy it, I think it’s dumb that it’s constantly loading and half the time I just get an error message and can’t even look at my schedule. Honestly considering just sticking to the website.
Constant error messages and longest loading times. Good app when it’s working, but it feels like every day at least once I cant check my schedule. Irritating

I love this app but recently it is not synching with my calendar. It has some of my shifts on my calendar, but not all. I’m scheduled till the beginning of February and it doesn’t have all my shifts in my calendar.

Several coworkers and myself are no longer notified when our schedules been posted it hasn’t have been happening recently and would hope that it gets fixed soon. Thank you.
Used HotSchedules for almost 10 years! Last year or two the app has been very slow and home screen is too cluttered. Wish it would go back to the old style! That’s my only complaint app is fantastic otherwise
Working two jobs who both use hot schedules. App doesn’t allow two jobs. Have to log out and log in each time for each job. Needs to update to be able to switch jobs within the app. For me to have to pay for the app this shouldn’t be a problem. Need to fix!!
I spend more time on the loading screen than in the app. Loading Errors almost daily. And the Rate Your Shift! feature is just annoying.
Many glitches...freezing up quite frequently. Has gotten worse recently. It’s very costly for management needs every second they can get
It literally takes SOOO long to load. It is the slowest app on my phone by far. Really inconvenient if you need to check something quickly.
I don’t mind buying a app for my schedule, but when every other time I go to open the app I get a error pop up 15 times and then nothing happens after restarting the apps kinda makes feel like you’ve wasted your money.
For 3 bucks it’s kind of dumb to not be able to go by my nickname .
