The videos are great once you figure the app out. It used to be much simpler and better. The app now is way too confusing and the purchases do not make sense. You can buy a video or call but then there is no easy way to figure out how to redeem. Your purchase. Last year using this app

Prior to this year we loved this app- my daughter would love the videos and calls!! This year there is some kind of glitch, my “pass” renewed Nov 24th and nothing has worked since then, I cannot make any videos for my daughter. I sent a support email 2 weeks ago and still nothing… if this isn’t resolved, I will be canceling my subscription. Fix the problem!! I’ve logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing is fixing the problem, nothing will “restore” my purchase to make things
