I started sending PNP videos in 2010 and continue today. My grands are now 18, 16, 14, and 14, but they expect to receive their videos on Christmas and their birthdays. I’m always amazed at the production quality of your work. I’ve shared your site with many friends over the years.

The videos are just wonderful. I love surprising my grandchildren with different ones during the year so they continue behaving and not just at Christmas time. Very realistic. Quality videos.

I have used this app for 5yrs now it only gets better. My grandchildren oh my the looks on their faces. The excitement,surprise, it is just so beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone with children or grandchildren who still believe in Santa and the magic of Christmas

We love this app but why have us register an account with an email if the parent corner passcode can be freely given within the app with the correct guess of a math question? If we want to recover a passcode please email it to us if an account has been registered.

I want to thank you for so many years of messages to my daughter. It has been a tradition that I have kept up way past were the magic ended. My daughter is 18 and if I didn’t send this it would not be a great Christmas. This has been a part of our holidays for so many years. There are so many glitches this year. All of my recipients are jumbled up. I can’t change their photos. It doesn’t show me what package I signed up for. I may not continue after this year. Very sad

This app charged me 10.99 6 times. Everytime i logged into it, it charged me the initial price. I want a refund and cannot contact anyone. There’s no contact number

Love these videos, however my grandchildren are deaf. Santa’s beard makes it impossible to read his lips. Closed captioning would make such a difference. I hope this option will be offered soon. It seems only fair to these little ones!

I have tried numerous times to get the free video. It wont work. I never had a problem in past years and I live this app. When it works it is great!

I was creating a video message and then when I press return, it quits unexpectedly and sends me back to the home page. And when I made the video, all of the other videos are deleted, except for the one I made. Need help!
