Everything is good about the app but I don’t drink coffee and love Mocha Frappuccino with no coffee just like only chocolate milk Frappuccino. It’s very annoying that I can’t order ahead on the app because at least I have to put one shot of coffee in my drink (it doesn’t let me put 0) even I ordered in person but I have to explain to them every single time just a simple menu but not on the menu. I also like double chocolate chip frappe but I don’t need chips! It doesn’t let me take out the chip

This app perfectly facilitates everything I want to do except reload a gift card in store. Even the baristas in the store have trouble finding how to bring up my registered cards to reload once they’re completely empty.

Every day I rise around 5:00 AM. I walk 2 1/2 miles to Starbucks. I purchase a Venti coffee. I walk back home 2 1/2 miles, savoring that tasty brew. It’s a win, win for me. High 5 to Starbucks. Thanks so much for being there.
