The fact that I have to use an app to order my food is an inconvenience. My family and I, after walking through out the park are hungry and thirsty. We go into the three broomsticks which is the closest location and after seating, we waited for a server. That fact that we waited more than 15 minutes for someone to tell us that we had to DOWNLOAD an app of all things to place our order is NOT appropriate for customers especially if it’s their first time.
