Yum

The food is absolute amazing and super easy UI, the service was also very fast, the waiting times was very accurate and changed very frequently, overall this app is extremely useful when going to Universal.

Immersive Experience

I think the best part about these parks here is how immersive everything is. You really feel like you are there.

Amazing roller coasters, amazing entertainment amazing food, and a awesome place for a lot of fun

Cold food

We ate inside how to train your dragons dining hall. Although the decor was spot on and very nice the $50 dining platter of salmon, sausage, chicken, French fries. Carrots and onions was served very lukewarm warm, cold. When we asked for fresh fries and carrots they too were served the same! We didn’t elect it. We payed for it but we didn’t eat eat! We’re told pretty much ohhh well.

Universal Studios App review

The app is very helpful, the dining time for Mels at Universal Studios was incorrect. It shows the time for pickup, but the food was not yet ready.

Awesome update!

This new version is great. The animations are super smooth and the new tab bar makes it so much easier to get around the app. Well done Universal Orlando devs!!

LOST & FOUND services

I want to thank the lovely lady at Lost & Found Fri afternoon 4/12 who had my iPhone and was kind enough to charge it until I picked it back up! Had a great 3 days at Universal and islands of adventure! Very clean and efficiently run. I felt I received a amazing experience. The negative was lack of signage throughout the park…the App was very primitive and useless in the map category Otherwise 5 stars!!!

Great parks but……

Awesome parks and entertainment but the “ Fast Pass “ ticket option is more than ridiculous in price .

Finding the search bar is hard, categories don’t link to what I’m looking for

The fact that I have to use an app to order my food is an inconvenience. My family and I, after walking through out the park are hungry and thirsty. We go into the three broomsticks which is the closest location and after seating, we waited for a server. That fact that we waited more than 15 minutes for someone to tell us that we had to DOWNLOAD an app of all things to place our order is NOT appropriate for customers especially if it’s their first time. Either change the way how someone orders t

Food ordering needs update

Waiting for food order to be ready…turns out the food folks wait for you to come to counter before they prepare your order.

Bad as disneys app

WHY DO COMPANIES INSIST ON MESSING UP THEIR OWN APPS?! The app was great until the update now it’s harder to order food, the menus aren’t housed on the app it redirects to the website (always a terrible decision) and everything is more difficult to navigate and find. So frustrating!!!!!!!
