Cannot add the Boarding pass to Apple Wallet

It says all the time “An error occurred during processing” and cannot generate the Apple Wallet cheques.

Someone needs to rethink the whole app.

Problems with this app continue despite much time , deletions , re installing etc etc. took me 3 times to get a booking completed today which I actually ended up doing on the website not the app. The app just freezes and the little spinner keeps going around and around. It is by far the worst part of my travel experience.
