Like it. But

You really need to make it possible to use avios from more then one person in a booking. We had a terrible time trying to book with avios and could not sit togeather. Since we had to make 2 bookings. And wait for checkin to change seats. Qatar could do better!!

Using QR app

It’s so easy to use this application then other airlines….. traveling 1 a month by QR Europe to Philippines sense pandemic….so I am happy!!! // Hans Stefan S

Slow app

Almost all interaction with the app loads for at least a few seconds. Keyboard shortcuts does not work.

Not good enough

Don’t get me wrong, Qatar is a great airline, never disappointed with them. However you would think that with all the fame they would have a better app, it crashes several times meaning you must enter all your info again, this has been the case many years now, I feel that now I must write something, come on Qatar do a better app, I’m sure the cost is a drop in the ocean.
