Not very user friendly

To get my boarding pass, already checked in on another computer, it took about 10 clicks. Surely this can be improved.

Problems with new app

Having problems accessing new app. Resetting password just goes in loops. Phone assistance takes forever and issues are not resolved….old app worked fine! Competitors apps are much better.

The app is ok but has an identity issue

The app is ok but when I am on it and I try to check in it then sends me to the web and then it keeps asking me if I want to open the app.

Checking in online is a nighmare

Hi there, Impossible to do online check in on my way to London (systematic error msg + the « please contact headed to invalid pages). I had to queue at the airport despite I had only cabin luggage. 2 days after, it took me 13 tries before succeeding in checking in on my tip from London with the same error msg and invalid pages. No option to call a client helpdesk … I’ve only seen these issues with second hand airlines, which BA is definitely not from my perspective

Why is this so difficult now? They’ve made it as bad as Ryanair. I don’t want to use my mobile phone to carry my boarding pass.
