Anche se qualche volta non sono riuscito a fare alla lettera quello che l’app suggeriva, seguendo in linea di massima le indicazioni ricevute sono riuscito a gestire un viaggio Roma-Melbourne senza quasi nessun sintomo di jet-lag. Ottima app.

Even if really useful..

App fantastica, abbiamo fatto un viaggio di 20 ore, con 7 ore da recuperare dal Giappone. Non abbiamo nemmeno potuto seguirlo precisamente, ma ha funzionato perfettamente comunque

Ho seguito il più rigorosamente possibile le indicazioni dell’app per il mio viaggio in Giappone. Risultato: un giorno per metabolizzare jet leg all’andata e un giorno al ritorno. Decisamente mai più senza per un volo intercontinentale!

I tried Timeshifter for a destination with 10h difference vs my country and it worked amazing! I tried my best to follow the schedule before departure and I experienced little to no jet lag. This allowed me to enjoy every moment of my holiday from day one. Can’t wait to use it for my next travel!!

As the title suggest is a very useful app. Thanks to this, even If I not always fallow all the suggestions blindly, I had insignificant Jet Lag. On a work trip to japan with a 7 hours pf difference

It works just so good! I had no jet lag at all going from Italy to Japan. You gotta have discipline the days before and follow the suggestions but it works once you get there. Suggested!!!!

Very helpful! I travelled for the third time in Asia and thanks to this app this was the first time I didn’t suffer from jet lag.

Molto utile l’unica cosa penso sia un po’ troppo cara per esempio solo per un viaggio

La utilizzo da un paio di anni per i viaggi intercontinentali ed è stata una svolta. Jet lag quasi inesistente seguendo i consigli del piano.

I’ve recently travelled to Japan which in my case amounts to +7 hours. I followed Timeshifter’s prompts quite closely (although have to say didn’t do 100%), and had almost no jet lag at all which seems like a miracle to me. Strongly recommend the app, the UX is great too.

Ho utilizzato l’applicazione senza dover pagare nel mio ultimo viaggio intercontinentale mi sono trovata davvero la perfezione. ora, 1 anno dopo, andando ad aggiungere un nuovo viaggio sempre intercontinentale, mi chiede di pagare

Bellissima grafica ma non riesco a trovare nemmeno un volo del viaggio.

L’app, che premetto, funziona benissimo, è diventata da poco a pagamento: 10 euro per avere un singolo programma per il jet-lag mi sembra veramente eccessivo.
