Good way of getting 7 minutes of varied minutes. Great for beginners! I wish it gave us credit with Apple Fitness, though.

“Too busy” is no longer an excuse

Great app that I have used regularly for several years now. I Try to do two circuits, but even one makes me feel much better than if I hadn’t done anything. Highly recommend.

Simple and effective. I love that you can customize the workout and choose short or longer.

Does not connect to health

Love this app so much but it doesn’t connect to your health tracking so you get no credit for your workouts. I haven’t seen an update to this app in ages. Don’t know if there’s even existing support for it. I give it four stars because I do love it but may be dropping it soon because I do need to track my workouts

Efficient and easy to access

I will never workout on my own. Having an app to guide me (that isn’t annoying) and track my results improves my accountability. Easy to use. No fuss no frills.

Great app to get a quick workout in when you don’t have a ton of motivation on your own.

Mostly great; needs bug fixes, updates

This app has been mostly great over the years; however, I’ve always found it to be a little glitchy. To be fair, it’s always worked for me. Now, when installed on an iPhone 14 Pro, the display scaling is completely broken. Hopefully the developer will take the time to fix it. I’ll definitely change my rating to 5-stars if/when the app is fixed.

For the old guys

I’m 71 and feel that the 7 minute work outs work wonders for my stamina , strength and flexibility. 7 minutes of challenging movement a day works will make a difference, give it a try

Take a pic on day 1, try the app for 30 days and take a pic on day 30. Amazing. I’m a huge fan of body weight exercise anyway and this app utilizes it well. Two thumbs up.

Easy to use

As a 63-year-old I found it very easy to use this app. I did the custom side because some of them are more difficult but do it consistently because it’s easy to use
