Cleaning fees and Airbnb fees have skyrocketed over the past few years. Would be better to include costs related to fees in the nightly price.

I had this issue for almost a year now, I had one notification bubble on top of app icon but when I go inside notifications it says up to date. Can someone fix this issue please?

I lived out of Airbnb’s for 3 years. Aside from the fact that the prices are going up and ratings seem to be getting less reliable, I love the service. But I have one big pet peeve. If you cannot cook a meal, the place doesn’t have a kitchen, it has a kitchenette. This is a deal breaker if you are living out of rentals but it is not a search option. Please include this as a search option.

Haven’t had any issues with the app. Everything is organized quite well. Would rate five stars if there was an option for Dark Mode.

The prices listed in the search are not the actual prices per night. There are a bunch of fees added so you have to do the math on every place to see what it actually costs per night. Why can’t it just list the actual, final price per night in the search? I want to filter by price per night, not by price-per-night-but-maybe-hundreds-extra-in-fees-that-aren’t-listed-until-you-read-through-and-do-the-math-yourself-on-every-single-place.

It's a good app but the values are misleading. You pay too much for separate services. The cleaning fee in some cases is more expensive than the stay! Really??

Great app and great customer service. Easy to use.

This latest update has screwed up my notifications so I’m not being notified when I receive a message. Was working fine before the update and I even restarted my phone to ensure that the update went through.

Easy Breezy and Nice to have it on the go for travels and urgent trips

Prices have skyrocketed to be more expensive then a hotel. Even places making multiple strangers sleep in the same room charge more than a hotel. Disgusting

I love Air BNB’s I was once just a guest now I enjoy being a host just as well as a guest

I usually try the other apps/services, but AirBnB still has the best search ability. Most will search by number of people and bedrooms, but AirBnB lets you search by number of beds which is an important distinction that the others leave out.

I love the app but it would help if people can pay earlier for their payments.

I was greeted at the door with a smile and welcome. Beautiful place and worked perfectly for what I needed. Short notice (less than 3 hours) and perfect accommodations when I arrived at 10 pm. Plan to stay there again on similar trips.

I’m able to pay rent without the credit and it helps me a lot because without it. I’d be on the streets. This app is awesome!!

Had a bad experience with Airbnb customer support chat. They can barely speak English and don't respond to what you are saying. Probably outsourced to India or something.

more specifically it would be very beneficial to have a feature where by you could filter out air bnb homes that are near airports, as this would save a lot of time searching the map!

Enjoy using Air BnB, second time using it but look on it very regularly. Prefer here when traveling with my family.

Is there a way to get rid of that red number notification on the app picture? I have no notifications or unread messages and it still shows “1”. Hard to know if guests are sending messages of the notifications never go away.

Our stay at the Diplomat in March 2022 was great, everything we needed was available, very clean, beach is wonderful, loved the pool, neighbors are all so friendly, would definitely stay there again

Core functionality missing for users who opt to rent rooms. I need a list of master suites/rooms with private/exclusive use bathrooms. Should be pretty easy to make that searchable…

The air bnbs I put on my wishlist would randomly disappear and I could not find them on the app ever again even if I cleared my dates!

Airb&b is a great site to start your vacation hunt. We love how easy it was to find and book our place.

This used to be a great app, but now recommendation alerts pop up every 5 seconds while I’m trying to message guests. Please resolve. This almost unusable.

But when the “additional fees” are more than just getting a room in a hotel it gets ridiculous. I’ve not used Airbnb for a while now because of this. Airbnb, you need to put a cap on that crap.

Great app, but I wish there was an option to filter by shared vs. private bathroom. It would also be excellent if there was a way to sort by price - low to high once filters are applied.

This app is good but after some time starts to malfunction. Every time I have to delete it and install it again.

Definitely helps in finding a safe place to lay my head. The numerous options of places to stay. Highly reputable company.

I’m a big house, lots of friends, lots of relaxing type of person. I can only find deal on here and when we split it really is cheaper than hotels a lot of time. Love the app and it’s abilities especially the flexible scheduling feature
