Why is there a weird ending?

I love this game but wait why does this game have a weird ending ?the guy in a spaceship how impossible!

Way cool!!

This is such a great game. I love this genre. I own all other games that are similar to this. It’s very straightforward and if I get stuck, the hints are very self-explanatory. Love it!

Review

Absolutely fantastic! Well worth$$$$.....I admit being frustrated at first but the clues that are given really do help! The bad reviews here are unwarranted I feel. This is very much a "thinking game". GREAT JOB. More , please😎.

Great graphics!

I would get this just for the art of it.. but there is too much repetition for 5 stars. There needs to be quicker ways to get around!

Love this game

One of the best out there. Great game play, graphics and the hint format is amazing too

Unique and captivating game!

The graphics are stunning and the gameplay is very…unusual, and sometimes vexing…but always solvable. Highly recommend!

Awesome!

Loving this game! Artistic and challenging. If anyone is experiencing issues their website can help you reset the game.

Not impressed

The graphics are nice. But ... The game was not fun. The motions are slow and it takes way too long to wander from place to place. Most of the actions needed are obtuse and require an awful lot of random clicking - even the clue system is obtuse. Each time you open the game you need to go a long intrusuction with instructions every time before being let into the game. I regret getting this.

Disappointed

I was stuck in one of the chapters and even with the walkthrough, I could not get out of one of the rooms. I was hoping to restart the chapter but it made me restart the WHOLE GAME. I lost all my progress. Not happy about it.

Glitches fixed

This review is solely based on the graphics which are stunning and resemble Machinarium my favorite game ever. So far, this is the messiest, illogical and chaotic adventure puzzle game I’ve ever played. What a lack of sense, what a disconnection between the graphics and the storyline. Could have been a fantastic game.

Could’ve been great….but

Avolteah is a beautiful, interesting little game that is ruined by a player that moves like a snail, puzzles that are timed such that an Olympian couldn’t finish them before, guess what? You have a long, laborious task to go recharge your widget. Items in your inventory aren’t labeled so who knows what the cute little drawings are. The rave reviews for this game have to be from the developers relatives. Not fun.

Developer has attitude

This game could be great but the developer had an attitude with other reviewers so I won’t explain why only 2 stars.

Good premise, not completely intuitive, mediocre ending.

The game idea is great, the idea of having no language, makes it open to more people. But on the i-pad the directions are not always smooth. Lining up items to interact with, clicking on directions to go different ways, some are moving left right up an down, but some you have to move closer to the front of the play area, or closer to the background. For an i-pad, you have to be right on the interactive zone, or your click is not recognized. You also have to be right next to the item you want to

Gorgeous artwork, gameplay confusing

The graphics are fantastic, very creative and thoughtful, however the instructions don’t make sense, and if you don’t do the exact thing you are supposed to do nothing else happens. The physics need to be refined. We wound up accidentally deleting all our progress because the instructions for how to save games locally or to the cloud don’t make sense at all and I was unwilling to start all over again. There is potential here but it wound up being frustrating. Our 7 year old loved the cha
