Two different iPhones and seems like 4 OS changes and this is still my FAV calendar app. 3 years out for some appointments; no problem. Plus the quick return-to-today action button is handy. Oh, and luv this app on my iPad mini, too.

The new update looks exactly like the apple calendar. Well, I already have the Apple calendar. I chose/bought this one because it was different. Other than a lot of great features, I loved that it highlighted my events…I used different colors and it was perfect for my busy schedule. With this new update, they took it away. I keep track of my schedule and my dads schedule using this so. The reminders are so nice to have. The notes section is amazing , I can keep track of the important stuff that I need to rennet that has happened on that day. Retrieval of information is so easy. Best App ever.

I prefer awesome calendar to the second version. I can make multiple reminders for myself and star a calendar event, neither of which I can do in the second version. You are more limited in the second version which seems odd. However, I do know that sometimes I put in a calendar event and it doesn’t save. You can see it in the moment, but it’s still problematic. Also, sometimes information you provide in the title, may be interpreted as information relating to a date or time or location, which

I have been using this app for many years and will continue to do so. I wish that it would get regular updates and improvements though. The customer service used to answer back when there was an issue but not anymore. There were some issues with the recurrent events not saving or changes not saving if the time had to be adjusted. I also wish that there were more emojis added to the options. I wish tasks could be rearranged with more options.

This is the BEST calendar around and worth the cost, easy to use & you can post necessary info. Has so many great Emojis to use to highlight your calendar event. Have purchased for all my grandkids. My ONLY COMPLAINT is in the saving of these great emojis .... there is room for many to stay in your "RECENTS” folder but this calendar will not save MANY & then eliminates the oldest one each time you add a new one. PLEASE FIXS THIS.....👍

I just panicked because I updated my iPad and Awesome Calendar was empty! Everything gone! But after researching, I figured out what to do and everything is back! I still had everything on my phone, but not the iPad. I use this calendar daily, for everything. And I have for years. It’s so simple to use. I truly love this app and you don’t babe to pay a Monthly fee either. You just pay one and you’re done. It makes it simple for scattered brained people like myself. I definitely recommend.

The app is solid but it is starting to feel dated. There hasn't been an update in 3yrs and some functions are lacking and others are glitchiing. Last updated states it is optimized for iOS 15?!?! Paid for full version but may have to look elsewhere for newer functionality as they have abandoned the app.

The most practical app

I like the 1st version better than the 2nd. When I transferred everything over to V2, none of my settings moved. I also think the V1 layout is better. It could be because I’ve used V1 for so long.

After the recent update you need to allow full access when you open Awesome Cal. If you choose “Add Events Only” your calendar will appear empty of all events. You can change this in the settings on your phone if you chose the wrong one like I did.

I've had this calendar for years now. I love the way I can color code my work schedule, grandkids, appointments etc... I've use it on my many iphones amd ipads without ever having any issues.

Had a version of this app for 10 years. No problems ever.

Works as advertised but in the last few days it will not save new appointments. I have to enter them on my mac to update the app on my iphone.

I love being able to see a detailed color coded view of my day, week, and month. I started using this for college years ago, and have used it for everything since. I love being able to actually see what’s going on rather than having to click each day and expand all the events. I organize everything in here and will be devastated if it ever goes away.

Over 6 years I have been using it and it’s the best calendar app ever. Easy to use and navigate

I absolutely DO NOT LIKE the Read Only aspect. There are a number of items I wish to either delete or adjust/update and I can’t. I’m stuck with it. Very frustrating and useless.

I’m a big fan of this app, been using it for years and have encouraged several others to use it. One feature that is missing for me… in the month view, you click on a day and it pops up all the events on that day. That’s great, but I really wish there were arrow keys that would let me see the next day or the previous day, etc. in other words, keep the pop-up open, but let me scroll through different days. It’s clunky to have to keep closing that to select another day.

This app keeps getting better with many features that make keeping track of events and appointments easy.

I love this app. It would be nice if the time zones could be corrected though. There are only two possibilities I can select for my times zone and both are always three hours earlier than my actual time. When I turn off time zone support it changes nothing in the calendar.

I emailed the company to see how I can purchase more of the stickers. They were nice enough to say they’ll get back to me. But that’s been awhile and I have not heard back. There’s no way to purchase them in the app that I can see. Otherwise this is a great app.

I love everything about this app! The only update I would like to see at the moment is the ability to make notes reoccurring just like events & reminders. Sometimes I just need a reminder of certain things (notes) but si don’t need to check it off every time, and it is a pain to have to remember to write the same note month after month. This function would 100% fix that issue! Thanks!

Favorite calendar app and think this version is far superior to the 2. I wish they would keep up with updates for this app because it truly is an awesome calendar.

Used this app for years…but for the past year or so, it has had two extremely annoying and time wasting glitches: Date Time function and trying to simply set a time that crosses the noon hour…back and forth as it autocorrects to A.M. when I want P.M., etc. The second is its assumption that when I use a day or time description in my Event, the app changes the date I’ve entered. i.e. I write ‘Hold for TONIGHT’ on an Event in 3 days and the app changes my date to, literally, tonight. I've gone through a billion calendar apps trying to find one that just has a simple month view with actual words for events instead of just dots. This was the only one I found. It's great! Lots of options too. THANK YOU for making one thing in my life easier!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Coming from over a decade of android, parting with my favorite calendar app was hard. This is the best calendar on IOS, functions well, easy to use , very customizable.

This is the only app I know of that I paid for the upgradefrom the free version. It has all the features I need and it's indispensable on my phone and my iMac.

By far the best calendar app I’ve used for iOS. So happy with it.

I actually love this calendar. What I don’t like is that I can’t make it a widget and I would like to be able to search for stickers by name as they are kind of hard to see.

I’ve been using this calendar for over a year and I couldn’t help my family run their business without it. Easy to understand easy to make changes. Simple and accurate. Love it!

I tried the free version first and then immediately got the paid version because I’ve tried a million calendar apps and this is the best by far! Simple and easy to use, without all the fuss❤️

Now that the issue w our notes is fixed, I’m back to loving this app. I do suggest a way for us to access back up information, maybe, a website version?

Very flexible: you can view your schedule in several formats. I have used other calendars, but they don’t compare to Awesome Calendar.

I've been using this calandar for several months & love almost everthing about it. Unfortunately it keeps removing events from my calendar. This has happened on several occasions, so unfortunately I now have to delete & find a new calendar due to the unreliability of this one.
