Where is my hotel located on app?

First time staying at a Barceló Hotel and my hotel is not listed? The Barceló Bávaro Palace in Punta Cana. :(

Helpful app

Great APP, very helpful, plenty of information to guide us and inform us about everything at the Barcelo hotels during our vacations. This APP never crashed and we used it everyday.
