I’m a big fan of this app. I downloaded it for accurate measurements on a used tri bike I purchased of Marketplace. I accidentally had the settings set to road bike and not tri/aero, which gave me impossible measurements for the seat position. Love this app

Downloaded and purchased it about 2 years ago. Didn’t have the new algorithm. Had to use stickers as markers. Such a hassle and a lot of figuring out. Newer version is significantly better. Doesn’t require markers and the simplified analysis coupled with recommendations is spot on. I tested it on my best fitted mountain bike from years of riding. I’ve been riding everything on 2 wheels for 25 years: TT, Road, MTB, Cross. This app is worth it!

I’ve been riding for 40 years and it’s wild to have such a cool and well created tool to go over my positions with my various bikes. It’s not going to replace a pro bike fitter, but the way it measures and the data points it gives you are a huge step forward to giving you an idea of where you are for your fit. And it’s fun to use. Easy $20 in my book.

I purchased a new bike and was fitted by an experienced and certified bike fitter that was a roadie. I took the bike home and ran a couple sessions with this app. This app and the bike fitters’ setup was all in the green. RTFM! Works like a charm! Reading the manual and getting some decals that give contrast with the rider will do the trick. Wearing all black is favourable. We use it at our triathlon club level to dail in fit with perfect results. Well worth the money

I love this app. I used some fluorescent green stickers on my key body points, dialed in the bike with the camera, set 30 second timer, shot the video, and then easily identified the stickers in the video with the app and it tracked perfectly. I was able to download the video and take snapshots of various positions and angles.

This was my first time using a bike fitting app. I figured I could save some money and gain some knowledge in the process. It wasn’t too difficult to set up and pretty easy to use. The only issue I had was the placement of a few of the markers (stickers). I wish there was A little better explanation on where they go with maybe a few better pictures showing placement. This app has been amazing, and it just keeps getting better. They” new auto-locate feature to find reference points is superb and shockingly accurate. While BFF Elite won’t replace the knowledge of professional bike-fitter, it will substantially increase your comfort and efficiency on the bike. Not everyone needs an expensive professional fit anyway, but almost everyone can benefit from the app. Highly recommended!

I used to use the free version and it was interesting but almost useless in determining how to adjust the bike. The Elite version are $10 well spent. The automatic detection of the dots and the dynamic measurement are amazing. The report comparing measurements between different settings is extremely useful. Mist of all, the feature to see the effect of adjusting specific settings (e.g. seat height, front/rear position) is truly amazing! Fantastic tool, highly recommended!!

I downloaded the EZ version and the Elite version. I have a few technical questions but gave up on trying to reach support. They don’t answer emails!!! One of my issues was that I created several files on the EZ version and wanted to open them in the Elite version but t this doesn’t work— the instructions say it does! A 5 start app normally has great tech support!

There is no doubt that what this app does is very very impressive. Time will tell if I like the bike fit that I have given myself using the guidelines in this app but it is such a powerful tool! Very smooth and polished and I highly recommend it.

I love just about everything about this up, except that I still need help from my wife when fitting myself. The 30s delay is not enough for me to run to my bike, clip and start pedaling. Being able to start video from Apple Watch would be great.

I’m new to riding and with Corona I couldn’t get fit at local bike shop. This help me see pertinent metrics to be able to dial in my bike (road and Triathalon) myself.
