11 Positive User Reviews for Blink Charging Mobile App
Functional but less polished than the competition
This app did work for me, but it was a slog to use. Why is the map view so slow and stuttery, for example, and why does it need to redraw the annotations every time you move even a tiny bit? I’ve written iOS apps using the map API before and I know it’s not hard to do it better than this app.
Occupancy fees when car is nowhere near the station?!
Used this charge station yesterday and obviously left after ~1hr
now over 24 hrs later I’m getting this message indicating I’m about to be charged when I’m not anywhere near this charge station!
“ Your charge session is complete, but your EV is still plugged in and charger occupancy fees will now begin. Please unplug and move your EV so that other EV drivers may use the station.”

I’m so great full for the blink charger’s
They really help me.
Duey
Great new State of the art charger
mediocre
it really feels like they’ve shipped a minimum viable product with this app. the description is wrong, there is no way to see your vehicle’s charge level or fault or disconnection, and it certainly doesn’t notify you about anything. the app allows you to find and use blink chargers and manage your blink account but that’s all.
Cetindere
1 hour just %6 to slow
It’s great
Perfect way to top off while waiting
Suggestion to add wallet support
The app is well refined now. However, I’d request the developer to add wallet support so I can tap instead of going to the app and start charge…if we can add our membership to wallet, this make the process more seamless…
100 oecangats
Nice and easy to charge only thing is that one of the stads is not working at 100 Oceangate in Long Beach other than that it’s great.
2 Negative User Reviews for Blink Charging Mobile App
Worst Chargers so far
My success rate with blink is about 20% making easily the worst charging experience this far. When the screen even works, the QR codes on the terminal link to a dead site. The app says connected but won’t start a charge. Sometimes it starts working later other times I have to give up. You’ll get non-charging fee notices several hours after you’ve disconnected. On top of this, you need to preload money. And blink chargers are so rare, that money just sits for weeks.
Bad app, bad customer support
The blink app has terrible connection. On multiple occasions it is unable to load the charger available to me; I’m unable to stop charging remotely for 2 weeks now. Customer service is not helpful
