The app is good, but when I turn off my phone screen to save battery and just listen to the audio, the music stops playing. I have to keep the screen on to hear it. Also, if I'm listening to music and switch to another app, like Gmail, the music stops. Could you please fix this issue? Thanks

Brave browser is the best browser for privacy, hands down I think. I’ve tried to others like Waterfox, which I really liked too. Haven’t tried Vivaldi yet but it might be good for work. Anyway I use Brave for both desktop and mobile as to sync my sessions and bookmarks. It’s great. Been using it for years now. Websites break at a much lower rate than when I first started using it. Sometimes I just have to turn scripts and aggressive fingerprinting off. But what else can I expect?

Updates made the browser crash in the past, but it’s eventually fixed. Need to make sure your device is also up to date for browser to work now.

Like lots of other people, I use old Mac computers. Since you no longer support old MacOS you need to make some way to allow us to stop updates. You update so frequently and the browser doesn’t function very well with a pending update then the update is not allowed because we use the old OS. It’s a pain in the rear to have to deal with your updates that don’t work anyway.

Literally the best browser for iPhone. If you hate ads, but don’t want to use Safari, this is the only choice on the App Store. No other browser that has “ad blocking” even comes close. That’s and you can sync Brave with literally anything, unlike Safari. I’m glad Brave exists. Thank you. The continued improvement to the ad blocking is a blessing.

For some reason on some anime sites it won’t play the video like the option is gone , and I thought it was just the site , but I tested it on other browsers (safari, DuckDuckGo) and it’s only on here that I’m having this issue

I use Brave on all my devices. It’s built on Chromium, same architecture as Chrome, so all chrome extensions you use work on Brave too. But with built in privacy controls, you have a better browser in my opioid.

I got a virus once so that’s why its 4 instead of 5 otherwise it’s protection is pretty good.

I am 1💯+++♾ when it comes to “PRIVACY”, so when I was told about “Brave”, I thought I need to check it out myself. So far, I am happy w/it and I thank our developer(s) for creating this app/browser. Keep up the good works! 🙏🏼👏🏼😊

Brave doesn't cease to surprise me. As far as I can tell? It is the first "Web 3.0" enabled browser. All without them really plastering such buzzwords everywhere. It just works right. Thanks to the For once I feel some piece of mind I haven't felt that in like.. Maybe 2008? Keep it up team. I don't want to be ending up changing a review years down the road because another company backstabbed their consumers. Of now though? You're doing the lord's work.. 🙏

I’m not big into tech, but enjoy privacy. For an app/search engine that’s good on privacy this thing works exceptionally well! Highly recommend!

Maybe two stars. Does a good job blocking in-video ads on YouTube. That’s the good. The bad is it seems to not block any pop ups. None. The “Login using your Google account” banner appears on most sites. None of the filters in settings appear to do anything. AdGaurd and AdBlock extension don’t work with it. Safari is looking better and better.

No ads. I am happy!

Nothing else comes as close to blocking Google, Facebook, and all the other stalking big data companies.

Best browser app.

Privacy is nice in the restroom, but essential when browsing. Brave delivers the search results you need without meddling in your privacy. If not being tracked, not being SPAMED later, and not having to worry about either is important to you, then get Brave and walk the internet with the Lion.

Feel confident to browse the web without data privacy running through my mind the entire time. Disrupting the industry for the better 👏

So far I feel super safe using this search engine. My neighbor snidely remarked: “if it’s free now do they make their money?” I did not have an answer. Google sells information to sustain themselves, I suppose.

I noticed as of the past week, YouTube would not load on the Brave browser and a blank white screen would just keep loading. Please fix this bug as soon as possible please! I love this app and will fix my review once this issue is fixed.
