Lived up to the hype
Didn’t belive the hype… stuck with Safari. Then one day I could hardly read the news because the ad banners where obstructing to much so I tried Brave… I have to tell you, the hype is real. Besy browser ever.
Almost perfect?
It’s almost perfect but more intensive use might reveal further issues.
Main issue I got is that each time a site have their link updated (eg: scrolling content such as manga) the adress bar pops back into view, which makes the whole webpage jump around as it’s aligned to the adress bar, incredibly annoying and actively reduces the time I want to use the browser.
Same behaviour if you have page based content. Just give me more screen space please. :)

What can I say? Only been a few months: 5.5k fewer trackers and ads. Privacy maintained, tine saved, experience enhanced. Thank you so much. I’ll get back to wrestling with Linux now 😊

Free, no ads natively without the need for ad blockers, fast enough, plenty of features. Excellent app!
