Love this app so far! Just wish they added widgets to see my progress on my Home or Lock Screen. That would be great to easily access the app too! ALSO it'd be great if you could add a dark mode to the app.
i downloaded this app ages ago when i was in a really bad spot and never ever wanted to delete it. back then, it helped me calm down and sit through my urges, and it still did that today when i opened it up again. i don’t use it as much as i used to, but it has been something i can always fall back on. it’s wonderful to see how much the app has genuinely improved! some of these apps end up getting greedy and gross but you can tell the people behind this genuinely just want to help. thanks guys :
I downloaded this app when I was really struggling. I downloaded a lot of others too cause let’s be real I was pretty desperate and this one made the others look horrible. It’s free. It’s a tracker for how long your streak is. It has little cartoon characters. And it’s helpful for when you just need a little boost and when you REALLY need help. There’s 5 minute things and 15 minute things to do. I personally enjoy the five minute ones more because I have the attention span of an almond. I’m curr
It’s a pretty decent app. It’s help full when your feelings to self harm are like in between low and mid. But if you really feel like your going to it’s not the best. It does keep your streak and has a journal and stuff. You can either do a 1 min or 15 min exercise. Overall I think it’s pretty good
Not only is this app incredible for managing s/h urges, but for other struggles I've had with feeling overwhelmed by emotions, but also helped to manage stronger feelings of anxiety.
I love tracking and seeing my progress. Just makes me proud of myself. What I would like and suggest is adding widgets. I would love to have it on my Home Screen so I could see it without opening the app! Other than that I love it and have been using it for years.
As a Social Worker, I find that this app is great for those struggling with self-harm as it introduces them to emotional regulation and other DBT skills. Also appreciate that the app is discrete, can be used in various settings (at home, at school, in public, etc), and is accessible for many people at no cost!
THIS APP IS AWESOME!!! Loves 💖 but I was wondering if you guys could add some more options/ activities. It’s AMAZING as I said but I’d really like more things whether it be loud or quiet cuz I get urges late at night but my mom has me go to bed at 8pm. And she hears one little creak and she is like “WHY ARE U UP?!” So yeah, would totally love more activities. LOTS OF LOVE :]
the only thing i would change is the fact that it stops giving you the little trophies after a year. having a higher goal to work towards after one year clean can be difficult :/

I’ve been depressed for a very long time now. It’s only now I’ve started to “🔪”. This year has been very hard on me so I was looking for some stress relief app when I found this. I didn’t have high hopes since most apps I tried didn’t really help me. But the activities on here really calm down my urge to cut. I would recommend!
i enjoy this app, however i think the term “gypsy” is sometimes offensive to certain people and shouldn’t be used at the beginning of the questionnaire. also i saw no indigenous option, as well as some other identities and cultures not shown. since culture and race can be a big source of some mental health issues and trauma, i believe there should be more options. i would also like to know the relevance of what this app uses from this information/data.
While I originally downloaded this app for its intended purpose many years back, I now use it more for anxiety and OCD than self harm. It’s particularly helpful for OCD when I’m struggling to not give into a compulsion. It’s helped me a LOT over the past month in taking positive steps to improve my hoarding problem—calming me down, distracting me, and comforting me when needed. I hope the app makers eventually recognize all the good this could do for other mental health issues and start advert
I was curious about this app, and right away there’s this moving animation on the Home Screen that I can’t turn off. I tell you what, that would contribute to my stress if I were trying to get used to where I needed to go. There should be an option to toggle it off, or fade it out after a few repetitions. Right now it drives me bananas that there’s something there to distract me.
I usually use this when I feel angry to calm down, but it was a game changer today. My little brother tried to kill himself today. He’s ten years old. He was going to run into traffic. I used the breathing exercises and managed to calm him down. If not for this, my baby brother might have been dead. Thank you so much. I’ll never be able to repay this.🥰
hello, i really like this app because it is very cute and helps me calm down. i like the wide variety of activities they have. one issue i have, is that i got logged out (which is fine, i needed to reset it lol) but it says my streak is one day, and i can’t change it. my streak is 5-6 months, but it won’t let me fix it. how can i do this?

I absolutely love this app! Plus, it doesn’t even have to be used for self-harm; you can use it when you’re getting urges to drink, do drugs, binge eat, etc. I highly recommend this app :)
i have struggled with anxiety, depression, ocd, and bulimia. this app really helps me control my urge to engage in my ed. i think it’s overall very helpful and definitely recommend!

I really like this app, although there is no area to write in, I like this app. It helps a lot. While it isn’t perfect, I like the app in general.
This is a great app. I love that it’s free. Only suggestion is that on 1 minute activities it sets a timer. I wish it had an option to either have a timer or just write for however long you need.

This app has helped trough some tough times. But there is one thing wrong with it. Passcodes. I wish the app could use Face ID/ Touch ID to unlock instead of a passcode
