Unable to show traffic layer

The traffic layer is very useful. Lots of useful information. I use it daily.

Love the new features and updates. I really wish they keep improving it.

I liked it when the traffic was color coded so you could immediately see how heavy traffic was

New update is not user friendly and as you open the collapsed icons it heats the phone up . Older version was better this update makes app unusable due to heat of phone

App is great at helping g navigate roads, seeing where slow downs, accidents, and road work is being done. But, they’ve recently “updated” the interface which makes it harder to use. The older interface had unique and colorful icons to show road work, accidents, etc. The newer interface uses icons that are all the same color, so harder to see what is what. Wish they would revert back.

We use this app all the time when we’re on the road or preparing for a drive. However, we found the previous version easier to use. Specifically, we when scanning a route, we focus on the collision incidents and read the reports to determine the magnitude. In the current version, the icons for the traffic cameras have become so large that they obscure other icons unless you zoom way in. And zoomed way in, it is tedious to scan the entire route. We think it was better before.

We are visiting Portugal and I watched a YouTube video on the new turbo Roundabout in San Benito county and wanted to look at it and opened it and it showed in great detail the roads and traffic conditions in the Lisbon Portugal area. This will be a great help planning our trip to the Lisbon airport tomorrow

10/10 would recommend I recommend this app to everyone. I think this is one of the best apps. It keeps me up to date on everything and never crashes. I never have to wonder why I’m stuck in traffic with this app. This should be in a California Starter Pack. I truly don’t understand how anyone in California survives without CalTrans

100% recommendations help avoid close road and you can check the cámaras

So so helpful, especially for tricky mountain roads and winter conditions. Knowing where chain control, accidents, etc are located is a life saver. Details about accidents help me decide whether to wait it out, go around, or stay the course. Google Maps could never.

I have used this app for well over a year. Yesterday, the app refused to stay open. I click on the icon, the app pops open, then immediately shuts down. I have tried reloading the app four times, and rebooting my phone twice. It has not helped. What the heck is going on? It’s not of any use if it doesn’t stay open.

Good reference app to have for travel or connute

Very stable and useful, I use it several times a day. Factual and timely information. There was a brief crash on 2/24/23. I contacted app support and the problem was resolved within hours.

The app is quite helpful, or WAS quite helpful when it didn’t close itself. Yes, I deleted and reinstalled but it continues to immediately close after it has been opened. Edit: fixed. Up the rating a star

You can see all the freeway signs and warnings in real time where the snow plows are when chains are required, and when chains are lifted its dead accurate

It works great. Sometimes it glitches and closes, but it’s great. It’d be nice to be able to distinguish which direction signs are referring to before opening them.

Can not tell when last updated. Critical with spotty cellular connection. I can not usually click on red symbol to get more info. Stuck in Mammoth and want to understand what is going in. Power line down, flooding, snow, wind, etc.

No traffic and having to zoom in so much just to see anything is kind of a pain

As of today the app will not open or run, even after multiple deletes, restarts and installations.

Once a road closure shows up it never leaves. Example: a closure of the truck route by me from four days ago is still there. No wonder the trucks have been avoiding the truck lanes. The app is not updating. Bookmark the website and use that.
