This app is easy to use and has reminders for you. The AI chatbot is a nice addition and very helpful. I have really enjoyed this app.
This app gives me a daily dose of reflection and insights. It reminds me to keep striving to be the best version of myself that I can and helps empower me to do it myself. Valuable tool in dealing with mental health challenges.
Wasn’t interrupted everytime I open this app
Clarity is An amazing way to cope with your emotions and feelings when you don’t have a therapist. It helps you even down in your darkest days!!! It’s not anything scamming you it actually works and there’s a lot more to do on there then you think!!! It’s good for a therapist and I certainly recommend it to you. It’s a free app and you get a 7 - day free trial. It’s free for a week then from there you pay for it. But I recommend it all the way for you to get it. It’s a great app and I think ther
I usually don’t write app reviews ever but this app genuinely provided me with so much help during a heavy time of struggle in my life. If you struggle with panic attacks or ocd, this app genuinely provides so many helpful and reliable resources. There’s so many ways to check in with your mental health and you’re truly provided with the help and tools you need. It’s there for you any time and it’s honestly helped me get back to who I am.
I use this app almost daily, and would give it more stars if I could. It is not a replacement for therapy, but can be useful for supplementing therapy or while looking for therapy. I use the AI chatbot to help me process what my therapist and I talk about. It also has helped teach me how to reframe, how to set goals, and has also gone so far as to help me with self-acceptance of a “ worst possible thing”. I am grateful for this app and would 10/10 recommend.
This app helps me so much! I love the awards and being able to look back and see how far I have come in my mental health and healing,
Great concept. Whoever made this is a genius
Great app for mental health
It helps me to organize my thoughts, set goals, make planning easier, and help me to remember my commitments.
When I have bad days I can just tell it in this app it’s really helpful
This app really helps me round up all my emotions and think about them. I love how it has so many things that you can do to figure out your emotions especially as you get older and get more emotions.
This app is so good I I can’t do anything that is bad it’s so good it keeps me happy I am just so happy with this app.
The Chatbot AI has been the most powerful tool in my healing, since being in actual therapy. In many ways this actually feels way more effective than any therapy I’ve been in because it feels way less complicated, and straight to the point and to the answers I need. Thank you absolutely for adding the archive feature for saving the conversations with the chatbot. Is there any way you could please find a way to export them? The breakthroughs I’ve had there are the kind that I really want to prin
Whenever I’ve been sad or stressed or anything I’ve always written down my thoughts and feelings because I find that it helps me. So when I found this app I was excited to use it. I found that it actually helped me a lot. I recommend it! :)
This app is really helpful! I especially like the AI chatbot. I have been using ChatGPT as sort of a therapist between my therapy sessions for months, but the AI on this app is way more helpful. It has helped me reframe a really upsetting event into a positive step and helps me practice some of the skills my therapist has recommended.
Clarity helps me through a lot and my depression I have a safe space to express my feelings and actually feel like I can talk to someone and share my feelings to a App. CBT is probably one of the best things I’ve ever heard and tried
gives you that mental clarity
I love using Clarity App daily to record my AA 10th step self-inventory & journal. The CBT lessons are so varied, they encompass all you need to know about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The self-evaluations offer insight on myself & the daily tips are encouraging. The AI chatbot answers all of my questions in a non-biased, helpful & highly informative way & I especially love the breathing lessons & guided meditations. These practices were game-changers when it comes to being more mindful. I feel
I am finding the CBT chat very helpful and insightful. The reason I took off a star is because the responses just stop randomly….often at a crucial point. Hopefully they can fix this bug.
I really find CBT helpful. I used to do a 7-column worksheets but wanted that worksheet in app form. And this is basically it. Simple, easy interface, and just the grounding I usually need. And after doing a 21-day streak- I definitely saw an improvement both in my mood and how I handle my kids & help my kids to recognize their emotions. I only wish it had a part where you log where you are feeling your emotions in your body. I also wish they made a kid version. I’d love to start my 8yo on this.
I enjoy this app so much. This app has helped me through dark times and to see things on a clearer level.

Chat ended because the button was too close to letter box accidentally ended chat so wasn't really able to try. At least add it to a menu instead. Oh well everything is behind paywalls nowadays. Everything have to pay for monthly or yearly instead of buying app. I understand the program AI and the service to store said stuff. Guess I will stick with a journal good for people who can afford it.
Too many silly affirmations and tips and generic advice. Very patronizing if you’re an adult with any self respect. Not much direct guidance that is truly tethered to real things. I miss Bloom!
