I love the interface and everything about this except it is randomly buggy. It works great one minute and not at all the next.

I’ve had this app on my phone for years, multiple generations of iPhones. It used to be great, super handy for practice or any sort of musical question. Sadly, for the past couple years it has started to freeze constantly. It’s like it can’t handle too much noise, just a few things then it freezes and I have to restart the app to get it to work. Seems like a relatively easy fix, no sign of improvement thus far. Obviously an app will never be as good as a physical tuner, but this was at least

Works well and and has great visual design. Would love to see the new precise temperment tuning added in (feature request)

Won’t tune lower notes any longer, please update!

Well worth the money for me. Very accurate and has been on my phone for years. Im finally writing a review after telling a friend. Great benefit to being in a guitar store, jam session, or bonfire and having this handy.

I have found a lot of great use for this application as I am a double bass player. I just wished that it would allow the playback drone over Bluetooth. As it stands, I can only hear the drones from my tiny little iPhone speakers (bad for low frequencies) or through headphones. If this issue could be resolved it would make it the perfect application for me and I am sure many others.

I am not a teacher, or professional musician, I play a guitar for the joy it gives me. This app is great, when it works. It tunes precisely, but suddenly gets stuck on one note. There is nothing I can do to force the needle to move again. It is incredibly frustrating. I went to the App Store to see if there has been an upgrade, but it appears that nothing has been done to repair this in two years. Please please repair this App.

I tried contacting the developer but the email bounced. Are they still functioning? I use the app on an iPhone to tune a harpsichord, starting in the middle of the keyboard. Once I get to about F2 the app either reads an octave too high (says F3) or cannot give any frequency. Any solutions?

Recently started freezing, in the middle of a concert. Can only fix by rebooting iPhone. Totally unacceptable as I need it to retune timpani in the middle of pieces. Even between pieces not enough time to reboot. HELP!!!

All other tuner’s I’ve tried pick up all 6 strings. Cleartune often fails to detect B and high E. Even tried with external mic, with no success. I like the app, but it is useless if I cannot tune all strings.

Using iPhone 12 mini… I am not able to get it to listen to any note below Bb3. As a violinist, it was nice to be able to check all of my notes. Not sure what happened, but it has not worked for a few months at least.
