Using as recommended by my local therapist, hoping to see how it makes me feel and help me track my mental progress over the next year.
This has been the best and easiest way for me to keep my migraine diary. Using the emojis makes it fun. Sometimes I have up to three emojis a day to record if I wake up without a migraine, green, then one starts around lunchtime, orange or yellow, and then red if it gets really bad and I have to go home. My streak for keeping a migraine diary is over 500 days. You can keep track of anything, emotions, habits, daily happenings. It’s very versatile. Try it!
It is a little tedious to have to tap so much and to create everything on my own it’s not less work than writing it by hand. I wish I could link to other devices.
This app is the definition of amazing. As someone who has anxiety and OCD I have to say that the 3 days that I have been using it has been helping a whole lot! It won’t post your thoughts which I think is good because your thoughts are your own and you should have the choice if you want to share them. I personally find this helpful and yeah. I love that you can set goals for yourself so you can break out of those bad habits. For example mines was to reduce stress and I choose that I want to laug
Have used this on and off for years and even sporadic use gives really useful data over time about mood and habits. Plus the tiny entries (and easy use of pics) gives a nice accounting of life. It feels like an “accidental” journal, lol
i’ve been using this app for about two and a half years now, and it’s become such a good habit i never thought i’d be able to achieve to the point where i use it every day. i used the free version of the app for about 1.5 years before spending the .99 cents to expand the ways i could use the app, and it was the best dollar i’ve ever spent. i love it so much. i recommend it to everyone in my real life, and now i’m recommending it to all of you! well worth it
I’ve been using the app for years and I still enjoy it. I like looking back to see how far I’ve come, mentally. It also helps me to track my moods during lady time.
I adore this app! It comes with great features, like adding pictures! When I add my recent photos of my week, it makes my journal entry shine! ✨ I also like that you can add what you’ve been up to and how you are feeling. This app helps get out some sadness, anxiety, and anger. Daylio holds my greatest memories! 🩷 Thank you creators of Daylio!
Hey UI/UX developers, this is how you do it. This app right here. This is should be the standard by which all others are compared. <3
I’ve been journaling my whole life and this app makes it so simple and easy!
Simple mood tracker that takes only seconds a day to use. Brilliant. Gladly paid to upgrade.
Widget is white and not showing anything.
I love that I can define my own scale and what I track. The charts and graphs at the end of every month are also super helpful for me to see big picture. Love the pro version.
Though I do like this app, the inability to log moods between devices is annoying. I don’t have my phone attached to my body, sometimes I’m on my iPad, other times my Mac. And yes, I do know about the workaround but that isn’t a sustainable option. If the app backs up to the cloud then why can’t we use the app on other devices? I will gladly pay the yearly subscription if and when this becomes more user friendly.
i love this app so much that i bought the premium for life. i use it to journal and log my moods for all throughout my day. if possible, is there any way we can get a way to only see our logs a week or day at a time? i tend to journal a lot, so my page tends to lag when i scroll down just to see where i left off.
Pros: 1. You can back up entries 2. There are writing templates 3. You can track what you did each day 4. You can make goals Cons: 1. Only 9 moods are allowed 2. You can’t see alot of the statistics I wish that more statistics were available for non premium users.
Super awesome! This helps me keep track of everything!
Would be perfect if it had widget for watch
im not typically one to review apps, but daylio genuinely helps me so much! daylio is a simple yet charming way to journal and track your activities and feelings. its pretty customizable and offers great features even without purchases. would recommend greatly as an autistic borderline
This app is great 5 stars
This app has become integral to my well-being. I love how easy it is to use and to see the changes over time in my moods and activities.
I never forget to write in it, I ALWAYS use this app after breakfast… I’m just amazed. I LOVE THIS APP BTW
I’ve been using Daylio for over a year. I have chronic illness, It helps me keep track of my good days and bad. I set goals for good days, and goals for my bad. Then, I can take the app to my doctors and they know how I’ve been doing.
This app is amazing almost perfect but the thing is why does everything have to be premium like if you want us to have better lives then let us we shouldn’t have to pay for nothing 😒literally all I’m doing is showing if I’m mad or happy like what else do you want us to do but if you don’t have so much premium I would like it every single app has premium I’m getting sick of it 😔thank you for reading this🩷🩷🩷
The app functions perfectly as you would expect, plenty of features and even the ability to add custom icons schedules etc. only part where it falls off would be when making entries late at night. Some times if your making an entry past midnight there is this pop up that asks if you would like your entry to be put on the new day, or the previous one. This can get confusing and end up leading to entries being made at the wrong times. My suggestion would be to have a more visual GUI rather than te
I love this it’s a daily reminder to take note of my day! Good or bad days can kept track of and my doctor loves that I share with her to help with my medications. I love the updates it makes as well to show your year in review that you may have forgot about. Definitely keeping this app!!!
This app is seriously the best! Habit tracker, journal, photo album, reporting, everything. I use it every day (the free version) and recommend it to all of my friends!
All of those mood tracking apps are too sophisticated and not tailored to one individual's needs. This app is so simple and customizable that it is the best mood tracking app I've found.
Daylio is my diary, with built in emotion stickers, places to enclose photographs, charts showing how I’ve been doing, reminders of what happened years ago, and notifications of current habits to maintain
i love the concept of this app. it’s a perfect diary, mood tracker, and goal keeper. wish more features could be added to make this app even better!
I don’t go a day without using this app. It has helped me form great habits, break bad ones, and have the true ability to learn about myself by reflecting on past entries, moods, patterns, etc. I also heavily utilize the journaling feature for expressing my daily gratitude and affirmations or just jotting down what’s on my mind. I have always used the free version and been very happy with the features without the need to upgrade. Consistently using this app is what will make it worth your while
I use it everyday, have for four years now. Great for seeing where I was , where I am, where I’d like to be. Life is comprised of moments, with this app I can jot down the daily highlights and get a better picture.
I downloaded Daylio last year when my therapist suggested I start journaling, and I’m extremely happy that I went with this app! It’s really easy to use and it provides a lot of insight on what activities or conditions affect my mood. I also find it really fun to use and haven’t missed a single day because of it.
This app has been a consistent part of my life for many years now. I love having a journal that is easy to write in. It’s so great.
This was recommended to me by my therapist. It’s a great tool!
I am obsessed with this app! My therapist recommended it so that we could track my moods. I actually got premium and I am obsessed with all the features I have in order to check my meds throughout the day. I used to just touch my roots when I went to bed at night, but having categories and being able to see the raw data it has been an absolute game changer and helping me vocalize my own emotions and being able to discuss them with my therapist. We put in goals that I need to work on and it’s jus
I’ve been tracking my moods for almost three years. I’ve noticed an upward trend, with my bad moods lasting less time and occurring with less frequency. It’s validating to say, “I feel better than I did before,” and see physical proof that it’s true. What I’d LOVE to see from this app is the ability to make certain days pop out, like anniversaries or days where I reach a milestone. Example, I changed my name a few days ago and would like to mark it and return to it later.
Helps me realize when I am not in a happy place, I know when to improve 😁
I love this app! My one suggestion is a color wheel or color swatch chooser so we can customize themes/moods with whatever colors we want. I’m not crazy about any of the themes - I like more soft/pastel colors and the ones offered are either all too dark or too vibrant/bright. Also would love a Home Screen widget that shows the mood calendar.
This app is wonderful, it is fully customizable at a very affordable rate for the premium features should you choose to purchase them. You can also edit your mood and activities at anytime for days that have already past. The only thing I wish this app had was a friend function, so you have the option to automatically share your days with friends if you choose to.
Daylio has been phenomenal from the get-go and I’ve been a premium member since the first weekly report I received. I find it difficult for myself to remember my moods and thoughts from even just a few days ago due to how much goes on in life. Daylio gives me everything I need to track my moods through the day and feel good about it, even if I’m having a bad day.
It’s not therapy but it is free
To me, at least. Changed my life. Helped me get more productive and gave me an easy, visually pleasing way to track details about my life and do some journaling. It’s just great all around. I’ve stuck with it since the beginning of 2019, and if you knew me, you would be shocked that I’ve actually stuck with something for that long, but it’s just part of my life now. I hope Daylio is around for a long time to come.
I really like the app
Been using over a year, I use it daily Highly recommended 💕
