Depop | Buy & Sell Clothing App Reviews

I love Depop I used to only used it to shop, now I’ve started selling. My only complaint is that whenever I list items I get a ton of spam from emails saying I’ve made a sale or calendly invites to “Depop event” which are coming from Calendy so it seems they are real but no. This has made me feel unsafe as the emails I get are so many and a little nervous about my information on the app. On top when this happens my app crashes and I can’t open it unless I delete it and redownload again..

I love this app, but there is a huge issue that a lot of people are experiencing. I have updated my sizes in preferences and although I search using the My Sizes option, it refuses to update and only shows me my previous selected sizes making shopping difficult.

i absolutely LOVE this app ! the only thing i hate… ever since the new update, when you go into the home accessories you can no longer search for things. i LOVE vintage decor that reminds me of my childhood ! its hard to find now that i cant search for it in the home accessories. using the actual search brings everything im NOT searching for. still a great app though ! im sure myself and others would greatly appreciate the search bar back im each option lol

Depop app is really really good. They sell cheap stuff and you can find use or not use.

I really love this platform. I just switched my whole 400+ store from Vinted to here and it’s been great so far! Being able to print the shipping label from the app is stellar which Vinted got rid of. Logging into USPS label broker on a phone is a nightmare. So I appreciate this. The AI tools are fantastic from backgrounds to descriptions. Im loving it. One gripe is- I wish you would get rid of the button that offers 2$ less than the price that has been put on there. I love this app so much!! Honestly half my wardrobe is from here. Most sellers are really nice and 100% honest! They help with whatever questions or concerns you may have. 10/10 would recommend!!

Every time I sell something , if I go to the “sold” page to check on details of the sale etc. the app gets stuck there. No option to exit the page. It’s infuriating. I literally have to re- download the app every single time I make my way to the sold “Page” because there is no way out. Currently stuck right now. Ugh. Depop- fix this!! I love Depop and I am so glad I started selling my preloved clothes and items through here. The fees has gone up since I have started but otherwise, I have enjoyed using this platform to buy and sell unique items!

u can’t really filter things + when u try to favorite searches it doesn’t rlly show u what items are new. i have been using depop for abt 2 years and the filter option has yet to be changed

i’ve used depop for at least 2 years now and i have had over 60 sales on the app, and 40+ outside of the app, which include traffic that i receive on the app. the only issue i have is how hard it is to promote your business on depop. they have recently added boosting posts which has helped me but only slightly. i wish their algorithm brought your posts to the top of peoples feeds somehow better!!! but other than that, great for selling! i wish they would add a way to add photos to private messag

I have been selling on Depop for over 3 years and not once had the feeling to write a negative review. How am I supposed to know which of my items is the most popular? How am I supposed to know if I found an item that no one has come across yet? The amount of likes is so important and to take it out is just ridiculous.

Honestly Depop is becoming more and more of a hassle. First off the fees and seller options are ALWAYS ridiculously high. Second they removed the feature where you can search for stuff within a specific brand. It was such a good search options and they should bring it back. Other than that, the site itself is really well organized and easy to manigero but the prices are outrageous and they need to bring some of the old specs back.

Recently when I tap a depop notification on my phone, it opens the app store or my browser rather than the app itself. Can you fix this it is very annoying 😐

Recently whenever I click on a depop notification, it will open up in the browser instead of the depop app. Please fix this. I already have the app.

i love Depop but i wish sellers were better people. i sell more than i buy but from the times i’ve bought which is less than 10, i’ve gotten scammed 3 times. never received an item or a refund. they are tough on refunds.

Honestly an Amazing app, way better than offer up(in my opinion). More privacy. I love how they do apple pay. Great for thrifting amazing clothes online within minutes.

Great app! Just a few fix’s need to be made, sometimes the app will freeze.
