What more is there to say? It was easy to download the app, use Apple Pay, then set up an account and ride. Berlin is a safe city to ride in. It’s cheaper than a taxi, almost as fast, and way more fun. And while I use the U-Bahn for anything over 10-15 mins, I’ll use this for shorter distances.

App is easy to use. Good bikes.

This bikes are the best in town of Paris it’s amazing when you spend just 2 dollars more and you avoided so much headache with the company called velib this company have the worse bike service in the world I have been renting with them and the past 5 rides the bikes have such bad maintenance you couldn’t imagine. So do you really want make your money worth it chose Dott

Using iPhone 13 Pro. Some credit cards don’t work. QR scanner doesn’t focus on the code no matter what you do. credit card scanner doesn’t read so manual input is the only way. Scooters are great. The phone holder on scooters are very good and strong.

took my money for a pass but then proceeds to reject the next 5 different cards we try to put on the app to pay for it. couldn’t get any card to work, all with money and no blocks. took my money so now i can’t get it back before i leave because i’ve spent over an hour on this terrible bike app. use lime if you have used that before and don’t even try with this horrible scammy system.

When you are trying to end a ride, the map doesn’t show the parking spots. It expects you to park in a parking spot but once in an active ride, the map disappears and all it tells you is whether you can park there or not.

The app told me I had plenty of battery for my journey. The App then tells me that the bike is out of battery, which was true. The app did not allow me to transfer my promo over to another ride. I lost my money. Also going uphill I had to stand up as there was no motor assist.
