Final fantasy 7 is a true masterpiece of a game that belongs in any real gamers arsenal of JRPGS and video game collection on all platforms. FF7 was way ahead of it’s time on so many levels especially gameplay. The materia system is by far one of the most unique ways to develop a character. This game can be absolutely busted because of the materia system alone. Once you study the materia system and slot materia in armor and weapons for certain ways to activate it. It’s mind blowing. A must

I really enjoy this game and have since it first came out but we need we need a update to fix the screen like maybe give options for wallpapers on the side and also a button to fill HP/MP/Limit like on consoles.

In this version when the enemy’s ATB gauge fills they immediately attack and then their ATB starts filling again even if you haven’t taken your turn yet. I kind of like it though because it adds a sense of urgency to the battles.

Great game but the sound turned off. I deleted and downloaded it but the sound still isn’t working.

I loved this game as a kid, even today

I love this game so much and thank you to made it on iOS. It would be better if you add trophies to this game like FFVIII and FFIX

Not properly adapted to different displace ratios. Stuck seeing time, battery charge and lte signal etc while playing. I’ve already bought this game a ton of times (for pretty much every platform I have), so it’s obvious I consider this a 5 star game. I wasn’t expecting much from this port to iOS, however I figured it would have had at least been properly adapted with full screen etc .

Unfortunately, for a premium priced mobile game, this game does little to adapt to the platform, emulating controller buttons on the screen, when selecting menus, and movement could take a lot of advantage of the touch interface. Minimal effort was done to port this game for mobile, yet it’s still a great game, and it’s the full experience, unfortunately, not the best one.

I hope it translates to posting on an iPhone cuz idk about doing some of the times runs from back then w/no controller. Make sure you get Knights of the Round this time when you face the beast Sephiroth!

The game is good, but the music resetting after every encounter or entering and leaving a town is killing me. It also messes up the cgi scenes later in the game, as they play a certain way on the original. This also may be a reach, but change the max stats settings! Or give us an option to only max stats and not give us all the limit breaks also, as an example. I would rate it higher, but these are kind of messing up the flow of the game, especially the music. You can’t even hear the entire song

This was my favorite game when I was a kid, and coming back to it is nostalgic and amazing.

If kids played games like this more it helps with reading and quick arithmetic math.

Brings me back to my childhood. Could not ask for more.

As a game that was sold at a premium price it's inexcusable that it hasn't seen an update in 5 years. Unacceptable. I do not recommend spending any money with this company.

Decided to download this because I was being kept in the hospital for a few days. Plays great and you can just pass time easily by exploring from Midgar to the Northern Crater and back ❤️

Too slow. Hopefully they update it to have the super speed x3 and the limits to be on whenever.

Awesome but barely able to even see the game anymore since it has been changed to only take the middle of the screen. GueS I’m expected to buy one of those big doofy tablet sized phones just to play this now. Deleted.

Fun gameplay on iPad and with a PS4 controller. Apr 6, 2021: STILL NO FIX for the soundtrack! The music keeps restarting from the start e.g. when battles end the overworld theme replays from the beginning.

Screen size is buns and the touch controls are a little awkward. Other then that, game is perfect.

Love this game so happy it’s an app now. It’s easier playing with a game controller but oh well I’m enjoying it anyway. Now I hope they make a FF 8 app!

I got a dual shock controller and am able to play on my iPad! It makes me happy.

So iPhone app. The scene in Aeris house where could has to sneak past her. There isn’t a way to function walk mode so you can’t get past her. ....

All time favorite final fantasy game. Downloaded on my iPhone 10, can’t seem to get full screen out it though, just a little square box, or my game play to transfer to my I pad, my phone is sinked to 😞

Brings back awesome memories! Wish I could use the max stats to pick what I wanted to increase. Meaning if I just want to increase Gil, I can do that instead of everything

An option for fullscreen? Or at least get rid of the status bar? Also sound doesn't work on speaker? Only by headphones?

The title says it so it looks great but it has no sound

I love FFVII and was excited to play this but there is no sound at all. Thinking maybe it was a setting, I let it get to controlling the character and menu; still nothing. Useless without sound.

there are some interface glitches and tweeked ai in this version and it costs more than the psx release ng

Twice now I’ve beat the boss of the game, and it crashed and froze up my phone both times, forcing me to hold the power button for a long time to restart.

One of the greatest games ever made. But Square... please.. for the love of God.. please update the support for full screen for the newer phones with larger screens
