I have been tried to get it to sync to my fitness tracker for 3 hours no luck still going. Will just delete and maybe try again,

My calls/msgs won’t work,I tried to call someone but it didn’t work,

The software is good but I’m not able to see my WhatsApp messages only calls that it alerts me on

My watch connect and works the problem is that I don’t know how to take it off military time

I haven’t got to use mine because i can’t read the face of the watch when I told FirePro about it they said they would send a new one but I’ve never received the new one they said they would mail it right away but I’ve never received it I just would like to have one to try out I paid for it

I have no hesitation in saying that this is a product that does not work for several days trying to turn it on and nothing, the worst thing is that the seller does not answer

get a Apple Watch screen protector.

The watch does not notify when a message enters the phone,I mean WhatsApp,Instagram and normal messages doesn’t work on the watch .. it just shows null when u click on the app on the watch

This app is amazing ot helps me control everything on my Fitbit!

This isn’t an Apple Watch but it’s a great watch to tell time see how many steps you took and exersise.

If the sleep tracked all your sleep hours minutes. Whatever you sleep I would be much better satisfied .. it does not start tracking u till after 4 hours of sleep. I have not seen 4 hours of straight sleep in years and I know I’m not the only one

I’m trying to find a charger for this. Any recommendations?

So far so good for what I wanted It for. Steps and heart rate and it was $12 so I can’t complain! Granted tonight/today is the first time using it … BUT I love it so far I’m happy

When working the app is pretty good. But for past week you cannot login or save anything. Cannot change watch faces. Etc. only thing it will do is BP and steps.

Features are cool, but app doesn’t have that many feature settings

It keeps on setting my bmi and fat to about 17,000 and 20,200

I can’t get my app to scan the code. Therefore it’s useless.

Have had my fit pro a couple of months, it did not work to smooth at first, was ok. Now, with the new apple IOS 15 upgrade, my fit pro works just perfect. Much improved. Upgrade your phone and you will like your fit pro. Good luck.

Hi so my watch has a battery error and I don’t know how to connect it with the app and in the box it just say to like scan the QR code but I did but it just downloaded the app so pls tell me how thank u

I enter my user and password and it won’t log me in

How do you bind if you can’t find the paper with the scan code?

It’s definitely less than I expected from how they advertise it. I just gotta say tho my biggest problem is the fact that it’s ALWAYS ON MILITARY TIME!!! like why? There is no option to change it and nothing corrects it, is there?

It’s a cheap smart watch and many people in the reviews are comparing this to top tier smart watch brands. Shipping took a month or so but at least it arrived and it connected. Not sure how accurate it is but it does a lot for 6$.

Can you please make the app more advance, I understand that you guys are doing what you can but please make the app more like yoho sport app or other kind of app😪🥺🥺🥺

I don’t no how too scan the braclet because it has no thing for scan braclet

Once you pair the watch to the iPhone it disables the keyboard in your browser and on websites, you have to unpair your watch to make the keyboard come back.

If you are going to sell an item in the US you need to add support for the US Standards of measurements such as feet, inches, pounds and 12hr time

Mine works great it’s a lil cheeper then you thin but it work well and was worth what I paid for.

Its a good app ngl, but theres one problem, on iphone se and lower, you cant add an alarm ;( please fix!!!

Have had watch for 3days and still unable to connect watch to cell phone. Also support is not in English

I am not able to make all the screens function. The only screen that works is the clock screen. I have to check the iPhone app to get all other screen information. Please provide update or instructions on solving this problem.

This app is okay, but the watch that it’s for, is crap.

App finally started working ok! Was changing from miles to kilometers every time the app was opened. Sometimes it will duplicate my walking distances and records.

I am unable to sign up. What’s the problem please.

This version will not save sleep patterns every time. As of last 21 nights, only 10 were saved. I have seen a few days activity show but not be recorded. Please keep trying to fix.
