Disappointed
Have had watch for 3days and still unable to connect watch to cell phone. Also support is not in English
Only clock screen works
I am not able to make all the screens function. The only screen that works is the clock screen. I have to check the iPhone app to get all other screen information. Please provide update or instructions on solving this problem.

This app is okay, but the watch that it’s for, is crap.

App finally started working ok! Was changing from miles to kilometers every time the app was opened. Sometimes it will duplicate my walking distances and records.
Having problem signing up
I am unable to sign up. What’s the problem please.
V- 2.3.7 still not saving sleep patterns.
This version will not save sleep patterns every time. As of last 21 nights, only 10 were saved. I have seen a few days activity show but not be recorded. Please keep trying to fix.
I got the m5 band
The camera shutter button doesn’t work in the app and please put more options for watch faces it’s promised over a hundred watch faces and all I get is 20 wallpapers
