Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells App Reviews

I love this game, have been playing it for years. Developers take into account the feedback of the players and I love that. So can we please bring back the daily free coins. I would sign in every day just to collect and it made it more enticing to play that day. Or at least give coins with completing the daily puzzles.

There are a couple issues in this game that need to be resolved. Computer freezes during game or slows down completely into slow motion. I have lost bombs and lightning bolts…They just disappear from the game board without being activated. Also, after watching advertisements several times, rewards are not received. Very frustrating!!

I checked with my club mates. They have numbers on there creature meter. Creature appears on daily club puzzle and other puzzles as well but not in mine. I don’t get extra trophies for using featured creature. Support is not helpful at all. My player stats is also wrong. I just love this game and being part of the club. So I am not deleting it. But it’s very frustrating.

Really enjoying this game don’t know if you knew this but the books are slightly different then the Hollywood version of this series

It great but for the fact they demote people for lack of play I guess. We work so hard to get where we are and, when the puzzle gets hard and you take a while solving it they demote you. It’s not right. That’s how I feel

I love that when you do a pretend duel in real life you know the spells and there’s no adds!!! And no need for Wi-Fi !!so you can play alllllllll day! And you get to customize your skin and have lots and lots and lots of fun I hope you get this game oh and it’s for free!! So buy this game in my opinion!!

I’ve been playing this game since the first week it came out! My husband is on my same team! I love the levels, how it follows the exact book/movie story! It’s relaxing, entertaining and fun for all Harry Potter fans!

It’s like Candy Crush, but WAY better! I like it better because it’s Harry Potter themed and more fun! You can design an avatar, learn spells, and get creatures! I would definitely recommend playing this

Don’t need to spend $$ to enjoy

It is a fun amazing interactive game which is pretty addicting. For Harry Potter fans, I highly suggest this!

The ads you compel players to watch for extra trophies that increase your contribution to the club.. are offensive for women to watch. The objectification is deplorable. Warner Bros. clean up your advertising/marketing. #SHAMEONYOU Have we (you) not learned anything?!

So, this game is really fun but it’s super hard and you only do puzzles. Buuuuut I give it five stars anyway because its fun. 🦉4 evr

It is a great game and you can play it with out internet and it is a great way to chill and unwind at the end of the day

I really like this game it is challenging in upper levels. But, to really enjoy it you must make in app purchases which can be costly. I made it to level 42 on iPad and decided to delete game due to cost

A fast pace fun game with great puzzles and challenging levels. Join a house or make one of your own for hours of entertainment!

So I updated this app and I still do not get any of the updated information that is listed. Why have an update and only a few players are able to have it. If you have an update to a game, it should be available to all players. If not, why bother? I’m really getting fed up with this kind of support.

It’s the most addictive game and in my team I found friends too

On five occasions I have watched advertisements to receive more moves but was not rewarded for this. I have reported a few but did not receive compensation for the coins I used. When I addressed through the “support” feature I was given a reason of the advertisement partners were experiencing issues. Again, I was not compensated for the coins I used. I’m unsure how me, an end user, is held responsible for the game developer’s choice of advertising partner. The game is fun but this is poor custom

This game is just like the actual movies and books. The only part I don’t like is that in order to get good coins you have to spend a fortune. But the overall game is pretty cool! You should download!

This for every Harry Potter fan. It has skill and maybe some stress but you can have a club,a pet,and even a friend. If there are people how does something bad or something,you can report! And why I give this game a 5 star ⭐️ is because, you can do prank boxes, and also I just want to say, please make more Harry Potter games like this a little bit. 😀

I play this game a lot… i love it… but you can’t play without ads, and the ads now make you click links to download the game they are advertising before you can get off of it!!! Terribly annoying and making me want to delete the game… and often the ads freeze and you can never click off of the ad… so you have to close everything out…. Very very annoying

The last two Club Challenges, I have not received my chests I earned from playing. I hit every boss and helped my team with the challenges. Wondering how do I go about getting those since it keeps not rewarding me with what I’ve earned. Also, when I watch the videos to earn 4 trophies each daily, I’ll watch the video and sometimes it won’t reward me with the trophies. Can you fix this glitch please? Thank you for your assistance.

So, loving the game… hate the pranks… but my team is AWESOME!!! Suddenly (even after restarting the game AND restarting my iPad-twice-) I can no longer use my creature or get the videos for the plus three! And I’m fully updated! I will try another reset, but it’s frustrating!

If I have to do one more update I’m uninstalling. So annoying.

I am very disappointed that you can no longer earn extra moves in a game by watching an ad. It comes at the same thing me that they have removed the unlimited lives in the daily reward. It has been one of my favorite games for years. Got me through the pandemic. Now it has changed so much that it is not nearly as fun. It can now take days to complete a puzzle unless you are willing to keep putting money into it. So sad.

I used to love this game and I understand increasing difficulty with higher levels but some of these are crazy. And now… you took away our daily free time. What’s up with that? On a good note, this game is well made with good graphics and challenges and a big step up from candy crush.

While I enjoy the game and the fun it brings… I would say bout 20% of the time that I watch a video to get the 3 extra moved at the end of the game… the game locks up… doesn’t gray out the watch button or just stays blue and doesn’t respond… So if I’m two moves away from solving the level… I don’t get the opportunity… I lose a life and have to battle all over again. It happens way to often and thinking on looking for a game that responds better. Great game… just wish it acted more like Harey

After I updated the app it’s glitching out pretty bad…please fix! I hit the button to play my level and it says to restart the app- which I do and it keeps appearing…I ok through it and it gets stuck on the screen. I restarted and everything..is this happening to everyone?

I love playing this game, but it hasn't loaded all day. Not my iPod issue. I can load every other game. So sad. This is the first time in over a year this has happened. Love the puzzles, rewards, etc. I love the challenges.

Has anyone else noticed when you clear a large number of gems, the start count goes up by one then it deducts? Not cool developers!
