The icons don't work

I can't get to hayya entry permit or the tickets in the app,the icons don't work properly.

Difficult to use

It took me probably 50 attempts before the app would accept a picture of my passport. It kept telling me to submit a picture less than 2MB. I tried different lighting, with and without flash, different backgrounds. Finally, for a reason I can’t explain, the app finally accepted a picture. I’ve spent at least 1.5 hours on a process that the app suggests will take 5-6 minutes. Just giving honest, constructive feedback.

تتاخر كثيراً اصدار بطاقة هيا

لا انصح بالتقديم والتعامل جداً جامد مع العاملين فيها ، ولا يساعدوننا للحصول على الفيزا __ شهر ونصف للحصول عليها!!!!
