Good concept but……

This is a great concept for health and fitness but the app consistently has trouble syncing and you have to manually input data

Fix the syncing issues

Not a bad app and I really want to give this more stars. Please fix the syncing issue with scale. I’ve done all the suggestions made yet it still has a problem.

App is okey, but service is nonexistent

The app is fine. A lot of unnecessary and unhelpful content, but there are a few things that can be useful. However the service provided by CVS is nonexistent: dropped appointments with no explanation and no response to messages . No help from them what so ever so far.

Annoying

Often get reminders that information is out of synch. Other apps are user friendly and idiot proof.

Notifs need work.

Overall it’s a great app, and I’m glad I downloaded it. However, it is a little buggy, particularly with notifications. At least once daily I get a push notification mentioning a blood glucose test that it claims I did and offers to show me the results. Firstly, I’ve never done a blood glucose test that this app would even know about, nor do I have a glucose meter attached to it. When I tap on the notif, there’s nothing in the app related to blood glucose waiting for me, nor any other in-app not

Pairing device

I had issue with not being able to pair meter to app someone called me back and took the time to walk me thru how to fix it and then followed up again later to make sure everything was working correctly. Thank you

Limited connectivity to monitors

Not sure how this is supposed to help when there are a limited number of monitors that it can sync with

Lost All Previous Data

I am so upset because I was tracking my meals daily and when I logged into the app all of my data disappeared (weight, blood pressure, food, steps, etc.). I am so discouraged to continue to use this app.

Blood pressure

Every time I try to open the app to add a blood pressure machine the app crashes.

Sync not working

Sync feature is not working. Both BG and Weight takes forever to sync. Most of the time it fails to fetch the data while I double confirmed my glucometer and weigh machine as in sync mode, Bluetooth on.
