like orders have noted, why don't your booked flights always appear? is there an older working version we can get? thanks

This app was next to useless. Simply creating an account took far too long. No option to add KTN/Global Entry/PreCheck, you have to CALL their customer service. The only airline I’ve ever experienced where I am unable to add this to my reservation. ITA is operating like it’s 1999.

Can’t even update something as simple as my profile email address through the app (or website for that matter). Not to mention all the other issues, from check in to flight notifications.

If you install the app, create an account and add your flight data all looks OK. The next time you open the app it no longer has your flight and you have to start all over again. Geez, every other airline has a pretty functional app. Haven’t flown yet so not sure about other functionality (boarding pass, etc.). We’ll see, but not optimistic!

Booked a flight on ITA then downloaded this app. As has been noted, it never remembers you, your flights, and in my case, has persistent problems at log in. It is utterly useless
