If I’m changing out an exercise, say- knee pushups, on Butt day, please tell me why none of the exercises to swap out have any relevance whatsoever. How are wrist circles supposed to help me work my butt. Or knee circles to work my arms. The logic isn’t there. Try having replacement exercises that actually make sense.
