I’m a mom of twins, it’s difficult to leave the house in general and right now that I’m sick I’ve been able to use this app to have a consultation and get my prescription. Love it !!! The doctors are amazing too.

My doctor was great and answered all my questions!

This was very convenient for me. I am between Dr’s and am weeks out getting into see the new one. This was not am emergency or urgent situation just a very uncomfortable, and that needed resolution. I will definitely use this again . It was my 1st time but, my last.

It’s irritating that they don’t tell you how long the wait is going to be. I waited over 90 minutes which is fine because I was home and not doing anything, but that’s definitely a potential problem. Otherwise this is much better than trying to get in with my doctor when I have an illness that isn’t an emergency. I’d rather wait on my phone for 90 minutes (they do text you when it’s time, but I didn’t know that) than wait 3 days to get seen.

I found the questions and visual icons to be very helpful. The app accuately diagnosed my symptoms and the clinician quickly responded. I will use K Health again in the future.

Fast and courteous and caring doctor. Th sign up is why I took one star off. A little difficult to navigate adding description of symptoms. The care and treatment was 5 star.

The app provides very easy access to general care doctors and prescription medication. The only downside is there are no windows of time for the appointments. I’ll request to talk to a doctor at 6pm and someone won’t reply to me until 2am. When they realize I’m not going to answer (because I’m sleeping) they leave the chat and the cycle starts over when I wake up.

When every hospital/clinic is overrun and treats the patients poorly, K health is a nice alternative to the nonsense for basic care needs. Very happy with my experience.

I was a first time user. It took a long time for them to get back to me. Which says a lot. That this is very helpful especially for those who work and can’t get away. I will wait again for this . Thanks

My doctor was excellent. He tolled me what I had and electronically sent in my medicine. Also a Doctor got in touch with me within minutes. It was a excellent conversation. The Dr was extremely thorough thank you.

This app is AMAZING! I used it for the first time today. My family has had strep so when I woke up with a fever and searing pain in my throat I knew what it was. Instead of spending half my day at the walk in, I spent 30 minutes explaining my symptoms, my exposure and getting immediate assistance. This literally just changed everything for me and I’m so thankful Blue Cross recommended this app! Thank you!

KHealth has been such a help to our family, I wish they still did children.

I have used K health a few times, seems health problems jump up on weekends or when my PCP has no appointments available . They are always quick with responses and kind. Also very thorough. I feel safe in the care they give.

I’ve been prone to UTI’s since my early 20’s and it was always such a pain to have to schedule a doctor’s appointment when you’re experiencing the usual symptoms. A lot of women get UTI’s multiple times a year and it was so unfair and dangerous to your health to have to wait to see a doctor. I’ve been using K Health for a while now when I need an antibiotic and their process is soooo convenient. I love being able to speak with a medical professional almost instantly and they send my prescription
