It took multiple attempts to accept my Lowe’s card

I love the app & the local people and store. The only thing is having my new phone number and old one in the app sync with register information at the store.

Over all the app works great. I was having difficulty figuring out what was needed for the payment to go through.

We had a issue with our order, and they went above and beyond to rectify the issue.

It is all ways a pleasure to shop here. Great service . Always have have what a need

You charge $1.99 for statements. This is ridiculous. Ordered,picked Up and paid all in full within (5) days And You send me a statement with A $1.99 fee. Signed up for paperless Billing months ago. Trying to sign up AGAIN and I get nowhere. A circle and Dead ends. Why give 5% discount at Time of purchase if you slowly charge It back to account? You should at least Give up to 15 days to pay before first Statement is printed. But in my case It hasn’t been (7) days since pick up And I already recei

Lowe’s is the best. They take care of the average, everyday day working man. I’m always pleasantly pleased with the service there. As a veteran, it’s good to have an American company take care of its own. I appreciate all the work they do for the community and I’ll be a life long shopper.

Always has what I need or able to order and get in a timely manner.

Mr stallings helped us with the mulch on sale. Very positive and helpful employee. We bought 10, the man before us bought 10 and it was hot (85 degrees). Great attitude!! Thank you Dwight for your help!

The process of ordering products is outstanding, takes me awhile to figure things out because i’am old school. So you have to bare with me i’am 80 years old. Just glad you’re app is patient and doesn’t lock me out

The Home Depot app tracks my purchases better on a variety of cards

Love the app but I hate how often I have to log in to my account

One of the greatest stores you can go into and find anything you want and the people in there will help you find whatever you need and they are so friendly even those QT guys you see in there they are the best

Lowe’s is my first choice for anything home related. It’s products are top notch and the staff is knowledgeable. The pricing is competitive and sale pricing is generous.

Saved lists not showing on app

This Lowes in Springfield is awesome and Melissa Bush assisted me and it definitely was professional and super kind! Excellent service

Did not give an approximate time. You have to check 2 different place to get curbside. And it totally disregarded to alternate pick up person that I took time to add.

It was easy to do this online. For some reason when I called in to Lowe’s customer service the gift card wouldn’t work.

I love that I can sit home and browse through categories. I’m interested in before I get there and wear out my feet walking down the isles.

App is bad now. Not user friendly, layout is terrible!!

So far, I’ve been unable to figure out how to add an item to my list. Needs to be more intuitive.

I have tried several times to make payments online but have not been successful yet. Does this app not allow online payments?
