I’m a proud user keep growing

Love the idea but the app does not load any single profile or page other than the home page.. I have an updated iPhone 11. I can’t search for my friend I told to sign up as a result or even look at strangers profiles or stories…idk pretty much anything I click/search gives me a blank or loading screen. I wish you guys the best because this is great for the black community. I will keep checking back for improvement.

This app reminds me a lot of Black Planet (if you’re old enough to remember). I love seeing all of these intellectual melanated people conversing and sharing information. There are some glitches, but you just have to work around them for now until they get sorted; it’s just like the start of any invention. I give the app a 4/5 for now, but 5/5 for even creating it. We need our own.

Since I got the app i have been enjoying it. Looking forward to seeing the app grow and prosper

I’ve been using the app now for 2yrs and it was good in the beginning but now it’s great‼️ I love being in my own community🫶🏾

I can't get past the green "melanated people" screen. Not sure why.

The app won’t open. Its been like this for about a week or more. What’s going on with it?

I downloaded the app and tried to sign up but cannot get pass email verification. I get a message saying I need to verify my email address but when I go to my email there is no mail from this app. So now I’m not able to sign up with my email address. I’ve looked in my junk, and spam mail. There is nothing from this app. Can someone help with this issue?

This is a great app that is just for us.

Good app. Functionality could be slightly better but not bad. Also, when there’s an issue, a quicker response time would be great. Doesn’t mean it happens frequently but once in a while it might. I’m sure the owner/developer are doing everything to give users the best experience. Good job!

I do enjoy the platform and the people. It’s nice to not be apart of other platforms, being how stand offish the people are on them for whatever reason, and the rampant censorship that exists on them

I give this app 5 stars 🌟 This app gives us as Afrikaans living in America a place where to express ourselves freely, without being criticized by other races of people who don’t understand us and how we feel as a people.

Since it’s a small but growing platform I do have to admit it’s a little slow at times and doesn’t run as smoothly as Instagram per se but I do see a lot of potential in its development!

This is us, as Black people, having a place where racism can’t reach us unless we are showing it to ourselves as a matter of learning and awareness. No “shadow banning” or other deceptive practices you’ll find elsewhere when black people start talking and speaking the truth.

Amazing app for our culture

Love the app but it freezes a lot and takes a long time to load.

This is a space where I feel much safer than anywhere else. I had the good fortune to meet one of the founders & find out about it that way, so I have an extra boost of confidence in the app. There are a few display and crash bugs here & there, but those will be fixed in time. Happy Juneteenth!!!

Great app just give it time to enhance a little more great for going live posting regular post or pictures and video

I love the idea of this app, But it need a few updates. I Noticed when signing up for a account it tells you the info is wrong, so you have to use Apple to sign in. I also noticed when scrolling videos the next video plays while watching the first. Please update I would love to fully support!

Got on the app and every time I post, go to my profile, or just move around the app. It just closes. I really want to enjoy the app and support our people, but this app is buggy.

The app has debugging issues its slow running and some other small issues with the app i wouldnt pay for the app right now but it has allllll the potential to be an amazing app for melanin ppl!

For what it’s worth, the app is dope! We need spaces for us to connect online and this is one of them. The owner/creator is very transparent with his goals for the platform. All Black people should peep dis app.

This app is very awesome. With just a few tweaks which are very minor, they will be compete beck and neck with some of the other social media platforms that I care to not mention. Keep up the good work over there at Melanated People. 👍🏾

Hey, recently downloaded the app but I’ve been unable to fully load it up. The only thing I see is an elongated version of the melanated people logo presented for the app.

i like the idea and the desktop version of the app is great but the actual app from my phone is always frozen as soon as i try to open it. I still get all the notifications just cant open the app

I haven’t had the app in a while, went to login forgot password and they don’t have an account retrieval process. I’m unable to stop payment for an account I haven’t used in over a year. Sent email and no response.
