ACTUAL body positivity

An app focused on consistency and enjoying yourself while you workout because of the feeling you get and not because of the outward physical outcomes. All around positive and self guided!

Super motivating!

Camilla is so motivating and kind in her videos and I love that you have a variety of options every day to choose from!

A safe space

Mila is a safe space for people at all levels who just want to do something good for their mind and body. I’m so glad I joined this community.

A long time coming

I wish this app was made years ago. I’ve followed cam on social media for awhile and finally needed a workout plan I can do while with kids. Plus to help me with the habit of moving my body while I regain strength from my twin pregnancy. The way she is about this app had me in tears of joy of finally being seen and helped the way I’ve always needed. Thank you Cam, for everything.

Get this app!

For everyone who is even just thinking about it this app is better than every workout app I have ever had! It is worth every penny. Cam makes you feel so amazing during the workout and it feels like you are actually in a class not just on an app. 100% worth it!!!!

Amazingly positive towards bodies

I’ve struggled with eating disorders since I was a teenager and I never managed to be satisfied with how I am. Mila is showing me that I can work out without feeling any pressure to reach a goal other than being happy and healthy. I love the concept, the app is super easy to use and being asked every day how I’m feeling is making me feel a lot more understood

Heart & Body

This app prioritizes self love when exercising. As someone who doesn’t love working out, Mila makes it accessible and motivating to give your all. Camilla talking about her own experiences of body positivity and ED journey resonates with myself and lots of users, making it a safe space for us to come and work our bodies. There’s a variety of exercise types, yoga, guided walks, pretty much something for everyone. Can’t recommend enough

Something 4 Everyone

My daughter and I both use and love this app! Camilla is so relatable, cute and fun. We especially love that the workouts are sometimes as short as 5 minutes long. My daughter enjoys the “Mila at Home” series, and my faves are the “Move & Stack,” 5-8 minute workouts that can be ‘stacked’ to create whatever workout you like. Oh! And the Mila community on FB and IG are fantastic!

Mila is truly different.

Listen, I have done all the at home workout programs. And they aren’t bad. But as a mom of two toddlers when my only workout options were all 30+ minutes long I ended up doing nothing. Mila has changed my mindset. Doing something is better than nothing. If I don’t wake up early enough to do the longer Mila workout I planned, I “PIVOT” and switch to one of the many shorter workout options (I am talking 10-15 minutes long). Accessible

Absolutely love how easy the 10 minute yogas are to use. I was able to exercise in my messy living room with my 4 and 1 year old playing around me.

Great for anyone and everyone

Camilla, thank you for making me feel competent and actually calm while I gradually push myself and move my body everyday. This app is great for people who find it hard to commit to a long workout. I couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Glitchy

I was so excited for this app, I used it the first day I got it. But after the first day you have to open the app and do all the activities on the first log in of the day, otherwise if you try to go back into it later it just asks you your energy level and then takes you back into a loop and won’t let you look at what you had already started. I also had it for 5 days, logged it and started an activity and it only said I showed up 1 day no matter how many days went by. Maybe it’s user error, but

Loving Mila

Just had my first session on Mila and I’m loving it! So nice to be able to pick an exercise/movement pace that matches my mode and energy levels. Super nice way to be able to get some movement in!

Can’t wait to start

This app just came out and can already see how it will impact my life. It’s very easy to use, and you get to pick what your energy level is for the day and workouts/learnings are chosen for you. This is perfect for me when I have depressed days and just need to move my body! Thank you Mila!

I have been on the waitlist for this app since the moment Camilla first mentioned it! She is genuinely the most wonderful guide to exercising your body out of LOVE, not hate or restriction. Her workouts were perfect for me and she even lists how to adjust it to make it easier or harder for your need. You also get to choose your energy level BEFORE your workouts appear so you don’t have to scroll around and get decision fatigue trying to figure out what you’re capable of that day. 10/10 for my ap

Promoting fitness through kindness 🤍

I’ve been following Camilla and her lovely wife for well over a year and have felt so encouraged and grateful for how Cam presents her approach to fitness as a companion to mental health. The app carries this same supportive, kind, and comfortable energy as Cam’s other content and it’s clear that this is a labor of love!! This app is absolutely perfect for the person who wants to move, doesn’t want to be overwhelmed with choices, and wants good movement without the diety narrative. Such a powerful and unique app, and I look forward to using it for a long time to come!

I love that this app puts the mindset and energy of its audience first. I’ve tried so many health and fitness apps, but Camilla did something different by catering content towards users and their constantly evolving mental states. This app feels safe, which gives me more motivation to utilize its resources. 10 out of 5 stars for me !
