Updated 26sep25: after deleting sans reloading the app it is working again. I still need to find out why I was charged $2 for downgrading from titanium to platinum.. App has been giving me Not Available Right Now errors. I got the Titanium monthly special and downgraded well before the renewal billing date to Platinum and they charged me $2. I didn’t see the justification for the charge anywhere, so that’s a bit sketchy. Not very happy with the non- transparency.

To Whom It May Concern : this month is my last month . The detail work is unacceptable . My windows are still dirty and the inside for an additional 15 dollars still got same spots and vac job was not up to part . Cactus was the original and somebody need to train these guys and go back to the handbook .

Keep getting kicked off the app saying need update. My app is updated. It’s a glitch in your app that needs to be fixed

I just downloaded it and it won’t run because it claims to need an update. No update is available. UPDATE: They fixed it. It’s nothing special.

I finally got the account setup and started the app but it keeps “closing”5 to 10 seconds after starting. It especially does when I use the “map” feature to find all the facilities in the area. Please advise how to fix or another update may be needed.

For the past 2 months it doesn’t load whatsoever. Was good until then however.

Me and my family are long time members and it gets the job done.

Wash and pricing is competitive, but please update to conveyers from railing to prevent scratching wheels. I’ll then become a member again.

Left a review a while ago about issues with my membership not linking correctly. This shop is much improved now and you can manage your membership level, but individual washes, and more. Very happy now. Thanks for working out the kinks ☺️

I have a Mister Car Wash right around the corner for me and I love having the option to purchase my wash ahead of time so when I come in it’s as quick as possible!

I bought my membership online and thought it would be as simple as adding the numbers to the app. When I try to do this, I get an error telling me my account is already linked. Also, something weird must have happened on the back end, because now every time I try to access to app I get Error DE400. About the most useful feature for me is the location finder. Otherwise this app has too many issues to rate higher. It looks nice at least!

Why did the need to cancel and then reapply to change credit card number?!

So if I’m using a VPN on my phone the app crashes. Not good.

IOS and app are both up-to-date and it’s completely broken. I was able to create an account and when I said to only track location when in use it went to a black screen. I closed app and when I reopened it went to black screen again. I rebooted my phone (iPhone 14 pro max) it’s still black screen.
