I'll get a text message saying I have a new message and then be directed to some other stuff, NOT messages.
Please add a way in the pharmacy screen to change the caps to non-childproof caps. I searched and did not find a way to do this in the app. I called the phone number on my bottle and had to wait through a long menu to be able to talk to a live person. I asked to have the caps changed and ordered a medication at the same time. My meds came with no childproof cap. Hard to open with arthritic hands.
Since the update to iOS 26, when I try to do anything in the app, I’m just trying to read the instructions for an appointment, pre-appointment tasks, I touched the screen. I touched the appointment and the app logged me out every time I’ve tried. This app needs another update to fix it.
Since the last update the app is just a blue screen and no longer allows me to login. Update 1/21/25 app is working properly now.
The app is pretty good and allows you to do a lot of things without logging into the website but it is slow. I also wish that it allowed you to forward or cc to your personal email when you correspond with your care givers. . I have to copy and paste into another email. Also cannot print or save files within the app.
This app is very easy to set appointments and message our doctors. Love it!
Some actions don’t work. Close buttons for past procedures you don’t need to see, click to close but they return. Many small annoyances. Too hard to explain.
This platform is very easy to use and there is always a spot available. Thanks for placing this very helpful appt. Menu for us to use!
I enjoy the quick and easy ability to use this app. I have found it over the years to be most useful. It’s an easy reminder to know when your appointments are due.

Nice and easy app. But missing a part of the app where you can attach pictures, results or links etc…. Faster in making appointments!!
Rescheduling a missed appointment couldn’t be easier. I was able to choose an appointment that worked better with my schedule.

My husband and I are well taken care of by Dr Mendoza. The care he has given us is over and above my husband is feeling better and I have been given many tools to look forward to getting better each day
The new update is cool but there should be a way to select multiple messages to delete rather one at a time. It’s too time consuming. And I’m getting old message I’ve already deleted.
The updated website is not working. Hard to make appointments and to follow up on prior appointment information.
It used to be easy to just click add to calendar, but since a recent update you now have to long press the time and the appointment information may or may not populate. Please fix this.

I’m about to leave Kaiser. I’m having a big problem and I can’t get an appointment with my doctor until May 15. That’s why I don’t go to the doctor cause you never get an appointment when you’re sick by the time the appointment comes around you’re not sick anymore this is ridiculous. Something needs to be done about this.

It usually takes me days to get my app to open let alone even work. It is so laggy. I have tried clearing my storage and repowering my phone but I can never get into my app to make appointments, check into appointments, or even to request a prescription refill.
As others have noted, I can no longer simply send an email to my doctor. I have to go through an inquisition and still couldn’t get to composing an email. Please change the interface back. I have emailed the support team as well. This interface is horrible.
I sent a text to my GP doctor who is out until June. Back up doctor responded with no action of her own. Thankful she responded but it was no help at all. She referred me to yet another doctor. Have a phone appointment with doctor in a week. Seems like a unnecessary step. Technology was fine.
I would like to take the time to say having to download a whole other app and sign in and give confirmation codes is pointless. Complete lack of understanding that no one would like to have to download a completely separate app just to cancel or reschedule. The link from the Kaiser Permanente app SHOULD in my opinion take you to their online services on their website. Instead of having to play games and have two apps on your phone you rarely use and when you do it is nothing but connection
You can’t get your doctors appointment added to your local calendar anymore. It use to be obvious, then it was hidden in a link to to time/date displayed on the appointment card… now that’s broken and the only option is to launch a new email with the appointment details filled in. But Kaiser’s top-notch IT team wasn’t done yet, oh no, they found a way to break the filter that detects date/time information in apple mail somehow so you have to fill in half the details yourself, like some kind
