Better Now, It Is Now Working

There was a few days I was unable to login to the app, but I was able to login to the Invisalign website just fine. Now the app is just working fine. Looks like they fixed the issue recently. It is nice to see that the response time from the reviews to app bug fixes are quite fast, but they should really throughly test the updates before releasing it to the public.

Needs improvements

Would not let me retroactively add when I needed to change trays because the first three were 2w and the rest were 1w long trays. Could intl add a calendar event the day of. Front camera photos are super blurry too.

Wonderful App but…

This has been a wonderful app to help me keep track of my Invisalign goals. I would like to have a feature of deleting unwanted pictures in the gallery.

Interface needs some LOVE

The Apple Watch app needs a lot of love because that is the most confusing and counterintuitive interface I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t even work properly unless the iOS app is open at the same time. It’s pointless at this stage and I had to uninstall it. Also FaceID/PIN isn’t necessary to use the iOS app. It should open like any other regular app without some level of security that should only be reserved for banking apps. It’s annoyingly slow to open.

So-so

😖 It is no longer alerting me when it’s time to change my tray‼️ Also, more time choices and the ability to adjust time in in case i forget to acknowledge that i put my trays back in but neglected to stop timer.

Useful timer/reminder

The app allows for the user to measure how many minutes were spent with the Invisalign removed from the teeth which is informative for tracking purposes. I was hoping for some AI algorithm to generate a slideshow of how teeth movement were evolving throughout the treatment process but the photo album is truly just an album. (I’m not sure if the photos are uploaded to the app developer’s server and accessed for further processing of personal data.) The reminder notifications of when to change the

Feedback

I have really enjoyed my Invisalign, it is easy to work and gives you very helpful inductions. However, the doctor feedback does not work very well and the doctor does not respond.

Great tracker, but bad alarm

Before I found the app, I was juggling the alarm and stopwatch on my phone trying track the time with my trays out. so I was very happy to find the app because it advertised tracking your non-wear time, having an alarm, as well as the ability to track what tray phase you were on. The non-wear tracker works great, but the alarm feature is HORRIBLE. The alarm basically just sends a push notification to your phone and it hardly makes any noise at all. Which makes it extremely easy to miss and acc

Best app for if you have just got Invisalign

Great at remind me when to change to the next level of it.

awesome app

definitely super helpful for keep things in order and on track also love the picture with description so you can see the transition from start to finish i as well love how there’s all the products you might need or want to get within the app

Widget

Please make a widget for home screens for the non-wear timer.

crashes

randomly signs me out and wont let me sign in

Log in issue

Honestly the app often log my account out and make me have to sign in again, but this recent time I signed in, it didn’t show my account even how many I tried. Also, the timer I suggest to pop up on screen like Iphone timer, that could help user not to forget to turn off timer (all the time I have to type code to set timer on and off, it’s very inconvenient)

Needs to be on my phone locally and not on a server

While the app does its purpose and is ultimately helpful by keeping dates and wear time, it’s boggling that this app requires to be on a server to function. All too often I find the app inaccessible due to outages leaving me unable to keep track of the amount of time I would take out my trays. A simple timer and calendar catered to Invisalign progress should not require a constant internet/server connection dependent on whether or not the next update breaks the app.

Broken app?

The app was working fine as I was only using it to track my time but it suddenly logged me out and I can’t get back in. Every time I try to log back in, it asks me to ADD a pin. I already had one and entered it but it would accept it then go back to the login page. It’s so annoying as it’s been acting up the whole day. I’m not sure if I’m the only one with that issue. Like most people say, it would also be great to adjust the time on the same day. There are comments from 3-4 years ago and anothe

It’s OK

I like the app and its purpose of tracking your wear time. However, it is incredibly frustrating when you forget to stop the timer once you have placed your trays back in and the time continues to run. The app does not allow you to edit your wear time UNTIL the following day which defeats the whole purpose of tracking your time for the day of. The only way it gives you a reminder to set back in your trays is when you personally set a reminder. I believe it should send an automatic notification

It was good at first but..

This app was great at first and it did a great time with reminding me when to wear my aligners again but now for some reason the app keeps saying I didn’t wear my aligners for 12 hours even though I had stopped the timer..

Time tracker

Why did the time tracker change to “time aligners are out” from time in. It’s much more satisfying to see how how you’ve been wearing them than a confusing hard to use timer . It’s like negative feedback…do not like.
